บทคัดย่อ
กองควบคุมงบประมาณ กรมการเงินทหารเรือ กองทัพเรือ ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่สำนักงาน ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดทำหน้าที่ในการตรวจสอบเอกสารงบประมาณเกี่ยวกับการเบิกเงินค่าเล่าเรียนบุตรของข้าราชการ และงานการเงินอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้าแผนก
โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะการทำงาน โดยศึกษาการขั้นตอนการเบิกจ่ายเงินเกี่ยวกับค่าเล่าเรียนบุตรของข้าราชการ และตรวจสอบหลักฐานการเบิกเงินให้เป็นไปตามสิทธิและระเบียบที่กระทรวงการคลังกำหนด โดยได้เบิกจ่ายเงินผ่านระบบ Royal Thai Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (RTN ERP) โครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการขอเบิกจ่ายเงินค่าเล่าเรียนบุตร และสามารถเพิ่มทักษะในการใช้งานระบบ RTN ERP ซึ่งจะสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานนี้จะมีประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Abstract
The Budget Control Division, Department of Naval Finance is part of the cooperative education program. The student was assigned the duty of examining budget documents regarding the disbursement of tuition fees for children of government officials, and other financial tasks assigned by the head of department.
This project was designed to increase knowledge, understanding, and working skills by studying the process of disbursement of tuition fees for children and checking evidence of withdrawals in accordance with the rights and regulations prescribed by the Ministry of Finance. The money was disbursed through the Royal Thai Navy Enterprise Resource Planning System (RTN ERP). This project would be beneficial to users so they understand the child tuition reimbursement process. This project will increase skills in using the RTN ERP system, which can be applied in future careers. The author sincerely hopes that this project will be useful to related people.
