บทคัดย่อ
บริษัทไพร้ซ์สานนท์ประภาสและวีนน์ เป็นบริษัทที่ให้คำปรึกษาทางกฎหมายกับลูกค้าต่างชาติที่ดำเนินธุรกิจในประเทศ ซึ่งปัจจุบันบริษัทได้นำเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้ในรูปแบบของโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูป เพื่อให้เกิดระบบเฉพาะทางทั้งด้านธุรกิจของบริษัทและการจัดการด้านข้อมูลของพนักงาน
ด้วยเหตุผลนี้ ทางบริษัทจึงได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของระบบโปรแกรมจ่ายเงินเดือนบริษัท โดยโครงงานเล่มนี้ได้ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางการบัญชีดังกล่าวเป็นเครื่องมือเฉพาะที่ช่วยจัดทำสรุปรายงานการจ่ายเงินเดือนในแต่ละเดือน ให้สามารถทำงานได้สะดวกรวดเร็ว และง่ายยิ่งขึ้น เช่น การคำนวณภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา เงินสมทบประกันสังคม และกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ ซึ่งเป็นการประมวลผลโดยอัตโนมัติ นอกจากนี้ ยังสามารถจัดพิมพ์รายงานต่างๆ เพื่อนำส่งข้อมูลด้านการจ่ายเงินเดือนให้กับธนาคารได้ทันที และโปรแกรมนี้ยังสามารถจัดเก็บข้อมูลของพนักงานต่างๆ เป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบันทึกประวัติของพนักงาน และสามารถนำข้อมูลไปปรับใช้ในการพัฒนาบุคลลากรของบริษัทต่อไป

Abstract
Price Sanond Prabhas & Wynne Ltd. provides legal advice in multi-national companies that are engaged in a wide range of businesses in Thailand. The company currently has implemented technology in terms of the accounting programme in order to have a new specific system both of business side and human resource management field. Therefore, the key importance of the company’s payroll programme has been raised. Such a programme is a specific tool to build the summary of monthly payroll. It helps with efficiency of work in terms of convenience and ease i.e. the calculation of personal income tax, social security fund and provident fund, which is auto generated. In addition, it is able to report print in order to send out the salary information to the bank immediately and it also collects or files the employees’ information to increase the efficiency records, and those records can be applied using the human resource development in the future.
