บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท เทเวศประกันภัย จำกัด มหาชน เป็นบริษัทประกันภัยที่มีการดำเนินธุรกิจในกลุ่มประกันภัย โดยปัจจุบันข้อมูลของบริษัทได้มีเพิ่มมากขึ้นทุกวัน ซึ่งข้อมูลที่เพิ่มเข้ามานั้นมีการกระจายไม่อยู่ในฐานข้อมูลก้อนเดียวกันจึงทำให้เกิดความล้าช้าในการค้นหาหรือดึงข้อมูล และทำให้ระบบฐานข้อมูลล่มได้ เนื่องจากข้อมูลกระจายแล้วต้องใช้เวลาในการค้นหา จึงทำให้เกิดการเข้าใช้งานเป็นจำนวนจึงทำให้ระบบฐานข้อมูลเกิด Dead Lock ซึ่งบริษัทมีการใช้งานระบบอยู่ตลอดเวลาไม่สามารถปิดหยุดฐานข้อมูลได้ และมีการใช้งาน SQL หลากหลายเวอร์ชั่น และเซิร์ฟเวอร์หลายตัว ซึ่งทำให้ยากต่อการทำงาน โดยทางบริษัทได้มีแนวคิดในการพัฒนาระบบขึ้นมาเพื่อช่วยในการเรียดดูข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูลที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น จึงได้มอบหมายให้ผู้จัดทำพัฒนาระบบ Database Optimized เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของฐานข้อมูลในการดึงข้อมูลได้รวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น โดยใช้โปรแกรม Visual Studio Code 2022 ในการเขียนชุดคำสั่ง พัฒนาด้วยภาษา C# และ HTML รูปแบบ MVC (Model-View-Controller) จัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วย Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio จากการพัฒนาระบบช่วยทำให้การจัดเรียงตำแหน่งของ Index ใหม่เพื่อให้ข้อมูลที่มีไอดีเดียวกันให้ Index อยู่ใกล้กัน ซึ่งระบบจะแสดงหน้าจอที่ใช้ในการดูผลลัพธ์ก่อนและหลัง ที่ทำการ Optimized ให้ผู้ใช้สามารถดูผลลัพธ์ได้สะดวกมากยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract
Deves Insurance Public Company Limited is an insurance company in the insurance industry. The company’s data has been increasing every day, however, the added data is distributed across multiple databases, causing delays in searching or retrieving information, even the database crashes. The dispersed data requires time for retrieval, resulting in a high number of user access and database deadlocks. The company operates the system continuously and cannot afford to shut the database down. Furthermore, various versions of SQL and multiple servers are used, making operations challenging. To address these issues, the company conceived a system development plan to enhance the efficiency of data retrieval from the database. The task of developing an optimized database system was assigned to the team. The system will be developed using Visual Studio Code 2022, and implemented with C# and HTML in the MVC (Model-View-Controller) pattern. Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio will be used to manage the database. Through the system development, reordering index positions will be facilitated, ensuring that data with the same ID are indexed closer together. The system will provide a user-friendly interface, displaying the pre- and post-optimized results for convenient viewing.
