การออกเเบบเเละพัฒนาระบบจัดเก็บอุปกรณ์เเละเครื่องมือทางการเเพทย์

บทคัดย่อ

ภาควิชาวิทยาภูมิคุ้มกัน คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล เป็นสถาบันทางวิทยาภูมิคุ้มกันชั้นนำในระดับสากล จัดการศึกษา การบริการ และการวิจัย ที่มีคุณภาพ ทันสมัย ได้มาตรฐานสากล โดยปัจจุบันทางภาควิชามีการสั่งซื้อเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์และเครื่องมือทางงานวิจัยเป็นจำนวนมาก เพื่อใช้งานในทางการแพทย์ มีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลไว้ในรูปแบบไฟล์ Excel ทำให้เกิดปัญหาในการอัปเดตข้อมูลเครื่องมือเนื่องจากจำนวนมากทำให้ยากต่อการค้นหา และทำให้เครืองมือเหล่านั้น ไม่ได้นำออกมาทำความสะอาดตามวันที่ได้บันทึกไว้ ดังนั้นทางภาควิชาจึงได้มอบหมายให้คณะผู้จัดทำออกเเบบเเละพัฒนาระบบจัดเก็บอุปกรณ์เเละเครื่องมือทางการเเพทย์ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเก็บเครื่องมือที่ไม่เป็นระเบียบและยากต่อการค้นหาโดยนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเข้ามาช่วยในการทำงาน โดยใช้โปรแกรม Visual Studio Code เป็น Editor ใช้ภาษา PHP, HTML ในการเขียนชุดคำสั่ง รวมไปถึง Bootstrap Framework นำมาใช้ในการตกแต่งหน้าเว็บไซต์ และบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรม phpMyAdmin ผ่านโปรเเกรมเบราว์เซอร์จากการพัฒนาระบบสามารถช่วยในการค้นหาอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ได้อย่างสะดวกรวดเร็วมากขึ้นและสามารถทราบรายละเอียดของอุปกรณ์แต่ละชิ้นได้อย่างละเอียดมากขึ้น

Abstract

The Department of Immunology at the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital is an internationally recognized leader in immunology, providing high-quality, modern, and globally standardized education, services, and research. Currently, the department frequently purchases medical and research instruments, which are logged in Excel files. This practice has led to issues with updating and locating information due to the large volume of instruments, resulting in difficulties in finding specific tools and failing to clean them according to scheduled dates. Therefore, the department has commissioned a team to design and develop a medical equipment and instrument storage system to address these issues. The system leverages digital technology to streamline operations. Visual Studio Code was used as the editor, with PHP and HTML for coding, and Bootstrap Framework for website design. The database is managed using phpMyAdmin through a web browser. The developed system significantly enhances the efficiency of locating medical instruments and provides detailed information about each item.
