บทคัดย่อ
การทำโครงงานครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำวัตถุดิบที่เหลือใช้มาแปรรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อโรงแรมและเพื่อลดปริมาณการเกิดขยะภายในโรงแรมอีสติน แกรนด์ สาทร กรุงเทพฯ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพนักงานภายในโรงแรม มีแผนกจัดเลี้ยงและแผนกแม่บ้านรวมทั้งหมดเป็นจำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม ทางผู้จัดทำได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแปลความหมายโดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไป เกี่ยวกับ เพศ อายุ อาชีพ โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละและการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของผู้ที่ได้ใช้การทำดอกไม้แห้งสำหรับใช้ในงานประชุมโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามและคำนวณค่าเฉลี่ยตามทฤษฎีของ Maslow
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการตอบแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของโครงงานการทำดอกไม้แห้งสำหรับใช้ในงานประชุมพบว่าการตอบแบบสอบถามด้านเพศ เป็นเพศชายมากที่สุดโดยคิดเป็น ร้อยละ 60.00 และเป็นเพศหญิงโดยคิดเป็นร้อยละ 40.00 ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีอายุเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 30 ปีขึ้นไปมากที่สุดโดยคิดเป็นค่าร้อยละ 50.00 อายุ 25 – 30 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 36.67 และอายุ 20 – 25 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 13.33 และจากตารางค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของความพึงพอใจของพนักงานโรงแรมอีสติน แกรนด์ สาทร กรุงเทพฯ ที่มีต่อโครงงานการทำดอกไม้แห้งสำหรับใช้ในงานประชุม ผลโดยรวมของค่าเฉลี่ยทั้งหมดอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract
The purpose of this project is to turn unused raw materials into new products in order to provide benefits and to reduce waste for Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn (Bangkok). The samples were 30 employees in the Catering Department and Housekeeping Department. The data collection instruments were questionnaires. The data was analyzed and interpreted with general data analyses about gender, age and occupation by using percentage. The satisfaction towards making dried flowers for meetings were analyzed by using the percentages of the respondents. The means were calculated according to Maslow’s theory.
The findings showed that the response rate was at the highest level in terms of male gender (60.00 percent), followed by that in terms of female gender (40.00 percent). They included 30 year or older respondents (50.00 percent), 25 – 30 year respondents (36.67 percent) and 20 – 25 year respondent (13.33 percent). According to the tables showing the means and standard deviations of the satisfactions of the employees towards making the dried flowers, the total mean is at high level.
