บทคัดย่อ

คณะผู้จัดทำได้เข้าร่วมโครงงานสหกิจศึกษากับมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ณ บริษัท คุณปุ๊การบัญชี จำกัด ซึ่งดำเนินธุรกิจให้บริการรับจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัท งานด้านบัญชี จัดทำบัญชียื่นต่อกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจและกรมสรรพากร การให้คำปรึกษาทางธุรกิจ การตรวจสอบบัญชี ซึ่งบริษัทเน้นการทำบัญชีสำหรับกิจการร้านทอง คณะผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี ได้รับให้บันทึกบัญชีกิจการร้านทอง เช่น การบันทึกซื้อ-ขายทองรูปพรรณเก่า ทองรูปพรรณใหม่ การบันทึกภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มทองรูปพรรณ

คณะผู้จัดทำได้เห็นความสำคัญของขั้นตอนการบันทึกบัญชีการซื้อขายทองแท่งและทองรูปพรรณ จึงได้เสนอโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเรื่อง “ ขั้นตอนการบันทึกบัญชีการซื้อขายทองแท่ง ทองรูปพรรณ” เพื่ออธิบายและสรุปขั้นตอนการบันทึกบัญชีการซื้อขายทองแท่งและทองรูปพรรณ เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจ คณะผู้จัดทำหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่นำไปศึกษารวมทั้งเป็นประโยชน์ในการนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปปรับใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานทางด้านวิชาชีพบัญชีในอนาคตต่อไป

Abstract

Khun-Puh Karnbunchee Company Limited ’s business line handles accounting service, tax service, registration service. The company provides service mainly with goldsmith shops. The author realized that accounting for goldsmith shops is crucial to the owner and legal issues. The author was assigned as a full-time employee with the position of assistant accountant. Our duty was recording transactions, prepare an annual report, prepare a monthly report for the Department of Business Development and Revenue Department, recording buying-selling of gold, and VAT records. The accounting records will be recorded in a specific journal, Purchase Journal, Sales Journal, Cash receipt journal, and Cash pay journal.

The author has seen the importance of accounting procedures of goldsmith shops. Therefore, the author designed this project “Trading Gold Bullion Accounting.” This project will explains and summarizes the content, the process of transaction recording, trading gold bullion and gold jewelry. The author hopes this project will be useful for the concerned person.
