บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) (AOT) เป็นผู้นำในธุรกิจสนามบินของประเทศไทย สายธุรกิจหลักคือการจัดการ  การดำเนินงานและการพัฒนาสนามบิน ปัจจุบัน ทอท. มีท่าอากาศยานระหว่างประเทศ 6 แห่งที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบ ได้แก่ ดอนเมือง  ภูเก็ต  เชียงใหม่หาดใหญ่  เชียงราย และสุวรรณภูมิ  ในขณะที่เข้าร่วมปฏิบัติงานภายใต้โครงการความร่วมมือที่แผนกบัญชีและการเงิน  สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ  ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ค่าบริการในการขึ้นลงของอากาศยานและค่าบริการที่เก็บอากาศยาน ณ ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ  ก่อนหน้านี้ไม่มีคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานสำหรับนักศึกษาสหกิจ  ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงทำให้ล่าช้า และใช้เวลาในการทำงานมาก

ผู้จัดทำได้ศึกษากฎและระเบียบเกี่ยวกับค่าบริการในการขึ้นลงและค่าบริการที่เก็บอากาศยานที่สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ และขั้นตอนการจัดทำค่าบริการขึ้นลงและค่าบริการที่เก็บอากาศยานด้วยโปรแกรม SAP   จากนั้นผู้จัดทำได้จัดทำเป็นแนวปฏิบัติการจัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ค่าบริการขึ้นลงและค่าบริการที่เก็บอากาศยานด้วยโปรแกรม SAP   จากการศึกษานี้สามารถเพิ่มความรู้และความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติงานมากขึ้น ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นผู้จัดทำได้จัดทำคู่มือการจัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ค่าบริการขึ้นลงและค่าบริการที่เก็บอากาศยานสำหรับนักศึกษาสหกิจรุ่นต่อไป ซึ่งคาดว่าจะเป็นประโยชน์แก่บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Abstract

The Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) is a  leader of Thailand’s airport business operator. Its main business lines are managing, operating and developing airports. Presently, AOT has 6 international airports under responsibility: Don Mueang, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Hat Yai, Chiang Rai and Suvarnabhumi. While attending the internship under cooperative program at the accounting and financing department, Suvarnabhumi airport. I was assigned to prepare the invoices for the landing charge and the parking charge at Suvarnabhumi airport  via the System Application Products in data processing (SAP).  Previously, it did not have a manual for the internship under cooperative program, this caused delays and was time consuming.

I studied the rules and regulations related to the landing charge and the parking charge at Suvarnabhumi airport, and the procedure of invoicing for the landing charge and the parking charge via the SAP.  Then I prepared the guideline of invoicing for the landing charge and the parking charge via the SAP.   This could increase knowledge and understanding of the preparation of the invoices for the landing charge and the parking charge at Suvarnabhumi airport.  Furthermore, I also made the manual of invoicing for the landing charge and the parking charge for future cooperative internship students, which is also useful to the relevant officers.
