บทคัดย่อ

เครื่องสแกนนิ้วมือที่ใช้ในการบันทึกข้อมูลเข้างานและออกงานของพนักงานในรีสอร์ทมีประสิทธิภาพที่ไม่เสถียร ทางคณะผู้จัดทำได้สร้างระบบไลน์ออฟฟิเชียลบันทึกเข้างาน-ออกงาน (Line Official System of Attendance Record) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการบันทึกการเข้า-ออกงานของพนักงานแผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้า และ 2) เพื่อจัดทำระบบบันทึกการเข้า-ออกงานของพนักงานแผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้าในรูปแบบเทคโนโลยีบนมือถือ โดยการสร้างผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์ออฟฟิเชียลและการใช้ Google Apps เพื่อทำให้ระบบบันทึกสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

จากการประเมินความพึงพอใจของพนักงานในแผนกส่วนหน้า 6 คน ต่อระบบไลน์ออฟฟิเชียลบันทึกเข้างาน-ออกงาน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ พบว่า เพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย อยู่ในช่วงอายุ ระหว่าง 21-30 ปี ปัจจยัการประเมินด้านการจัดเก็บข้อมูล บันทึกข้อมูล อยู่ในระดับพอใจมากทีGสุด ด้าน การเข้าถึงข้อมูล อยู่ในระดับพอใจมากทีGสุด และด้านภาพรวมกับการใช้งาน อยู่ในระดับพอใจมากทีGสุด ผลการประเมินพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามให้คะแนนในระดับมากในทุกประเด็น

Abstract

The project aimed to 1) study the attendance recording problem of front desk staff and 2) create attendance recording system of front desk staff via mobile technology. This created attendance recording system provides convenience for front desk staff to record their own attendance information. The staff can also easily and quickly access to the attendance information. ​

From the analysis of the sample consisting of 6 receptionists, the results demonstrated that the demographic characteristic of the respondents were more female than male. 66.7 percent of the respondents were female and majority of the respondents were 21-30 years old accumulated as 80.00 percent of the total respondents. According to the level of respondents’ satisfaction, overall satisfaction toward this project was very high, with a mean of 4.44 and a standard deviation of 0.63. The respondents were most satisfied with the factor of ‘data storage/recording’. Secondly, the respondents were satisfied with the factor of ‘the overall aspect and the usage’. Nonetheless, other factors besides the mentioned above, the respondents rated high satisfaction in all factors.
