บทคัดย่อ

     บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองตามทัศนคติของประชาชนในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครที่มีต่อผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร 2)เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองตามทัศนคติของประชาชนในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครต่อผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร 3)เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะผู้นำและพฤติกรรมผู้นำกับทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองของผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 4)เพื่อพัฒนาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองตามทัศนคติของประชาชนที่มีต่อผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรการวิจัย คือ ประชาชนที่มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร และ กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัย 400  คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ

     ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1.ภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองตามทัศนคติของประชาชนในพื้นที่มีต่อผู้ว่าราชการของกรุงเทพมหานคร อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  2.ในการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีเพศ,อายุ,การศึกษาและอาชีพที่แตกต่างกันมีระดับทัศนคติต่อภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองของผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานครที่แตกต่างกัน 3.ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะผู้นำและพฤติกรรมผู้นำกับทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองของผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการศึกษา พบว่าปัจจัยคุณลักษณะผู้นำและปัจจัยพฤติกรรมผู้นำมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับทัศนคติของประชาชนที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองของผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 4.ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร ควรมีคุณลักษณะผู้นำที่เหมาะสมทั้งทางด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพ และ บุคลิกภาพ และมีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา และมีการแสดงออกในเชิงพฤติกรรมที่สร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับประชาชน

Abstract

     The research aimed to: 1) study the level of political leadership of the Bangkok Metropolitan Governor, the attitude of Bangkok residents; 2) compare personal factors and political leadership of the Bangkok Metropolitan Governor; 3) study of leadership trait and leadership behavior factors and people’s attitudes towards the political leadership of Bangkok relationship Metropolitan Governor; and 4) offer recommendations related to the political leadership of Bangkok Metropolitan Governor. The research was quantitative research and the research population were Bangkok residents with the right to vote for the Bangkok Metropolitan Governor and the samples quantity was 400. The research utilized questionnaires to collect data.

     The results showed: 1) the level of political leadership of the Bangkok Metropolitan Governor was at the highest level; 2) in terms of comparing personal factors and political leadership of the Bangkok Metropolitan Governor, 4 different personal factors composed of sex, age, education, and occupation related to difference in level of political leadership of the Bangkok Metropolitan Governor; 3) in the aspect of relationship of leadership trait and leadership behavior factors and people’s attitudes towards the political leadership of Bangkok Metropolitan Governor, the study found that both leadership trait and leadership behavior factors had positive relationship to people’s attitudes towards the political leadership of the Bangkok Metropolitan Governor; and 4) research recommendations were  that the Bangkok Metropolitan Governor should be qualified with  leadership traits such as physical appearances, personality, and competent in problem solving, as well as, behavioral expression that builds public confidence.
