บทคัดย่อ
จากการปฏิบัติงานได้ประสบปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากรถโดยสารขณะปฏิบัติงาน เนื่องจากการขาดการตรวจสอบเช็คสภาพอุปกรณ์เครื่องยนต์รถโดยสารก่อนนำไปใช้งาน ซึ่งอาจจะทำให้เกิดปัญหาของอุปกรณ์ เครื่องยนต์ในระหว่างที่ปฏิบัติงานหรืออาจทำให้รถโดยสารที่ใช้งานได้รับความเสียหายและเป็นอันตรายแก่ผู้โดยสารและตัวของพลขับรถ
ดังนั้น จึงได้จัดทำโครงการการตรวจสภาพยานพาหนะ กรณีศึกษา HINO รุ่น RK8SLL นี้ ขึ้นมา เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้น และเพื่อให้เป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานตรวจเช็คสภาพรถโดยสารอันเป็นผลประโยชน์ต่อองค์กร รวมทั้งความปลอดภัยในชีวิตบุคลากรและบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงทรัพย์สินของทางราชการอีกด้วย ผลการจัดทำแบบฟอร์มที่มาตรฐานเพื่อใช้ตรวจเช็ครถโดยสารก่อนออกเดินทางทำให้พลขับและผู้โดยสารมีความมั่นใจในการเดินทางเพิ่มมากขึ้น ที่จะไม่เกิดอุบัติเหตุระหว่างการเดินทางและจะทำให้ประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายลงในหน่วยงาน เพราะรถโดยสารอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ได้ทันก่อนที่รถโดยสารจะเสียระหว่างการเดินทาง จากการตรวจสอบพบว่าอุปกรณ์ เครื่องยนต์ ที่ข้าพเจ้าพลขับจะต้องดูแลเป็นพิเศษ คือ น้ำมันเครื่องมีอัตราการลดลงอยู่ที่ 3% ลมยางรถโดยสารลดอยู่ที่ 5% น้ำในหม้อน้ำ น้ำกลั่นแบตเตอรี่ และสายพานอัตราหย่อนอยู่ที่ 2%

Abstract
During the internship, there were several problems brought on by the passenger cars’ state because there was no pre-use check of the equipment and engine of the vehicles. These issues might result in problems related to the equipment and machines of the passenger cars while being used or any damage to passenger cars and any harm to drivers and passengers.
Consequently, the project Vehicle Inspection: The Case Study of HINO RK8SLL was to addressed the issues mentioned and proposed car inspection guidelines. Along with benefits for the organization, this can ensure the safety of government property and the lives of staff and other pertinent parties. The outcomes of creating the standard form for passenger automobile inspection gave drivers and passengers increased confidence when travelling in accident prevention and reduced costs for the organization since the passenger cars were in proper condition. At the same time, any related issues could be fixed before the car broke down while being used. According to the study, it was found that the equipment and engines that, a driver, should pay particular attention to included engine oil, with a reduction ratio of 3%, passenger car tire pressure, with a reduction ratio of 5%, and boiler water, distilled battery water, and belts, with a reduction ratio of 2%.
