บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท ราชธานีลิสซิ่ง จำกัด (มหาชน) ประกอบธุรกิจให้บริการเช่าซื้อทรัพย์สินและบริการเช่าทรัพย์สินแบบลิสซิ่ง และให้บริการธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับธุรกิจหลัก  โดยเน้นลูกค้ากลุ่มหลัก คือ รถยนต์ทั้งรถใหม่และรถใช้แล้ว   จากการเข้าไปปฏิบัติสหกิจที่บริษัท ราชธานี จำกัด(มหาชน) ได้รับมอบหมายจัดทำเอกสารบัญชีด้านรับชำระ และบันทึกการรับด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชีออราเคิล

คณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้ทำโครงงานเรื่อง “ระบบบัญชีการรับเงินในบริษัท ราชธานี ลิสซิ่ง จำกัด (มหาชน) ” เพื่อเป็นเพิ่มความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชีออราเคิล  โดยทำการศึกษาระบบบัญชีลูกหนี้ เอกสารทางบัญชีด้านการรับชำระ  ขั้นตอนการบันทึกการรับเงินด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชีออราเคิล  จากการศึกษาทำให้คณะผู้จัดทำมีความรู้ความเข้าใจระบบการการรับเงิน  เอกสารทางบัญชีสำหรับการรับเงิน  ขั้นตอนการบันทึกการรับเงินด้วยโปแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชีออราเคิล  มีความมั่นใจในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต  และคาดว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคลที่สนใจ

Abstract

Ratcthani Leasing Public Company Limited is engage in the business of hire purchase and leasing services  and provides business services related to the core business. By focusing on the main customer, ie cars both new and used.  This cooperative education program was conducted at Ratcthani Leasing Public Company in the Accounting and Financing Department. The team was assigned to prepare the accounting documents for accounts receipts and record the receipt with Oracle accounting software.

This project was designed to increase knowledge understanding about accounts receivable systems and skills in using Oracle accounting software through studying accounts receivable systems, accounting documents for receipts and the process of recording receipts with the Oracle accounting software.  The result;  Having knowledge and understanding of the accounts receivable systems, accounting documents for reciept,  skills in using Oracle accounting software, have confidence in future careers and expected that this project will be beneficial to interested parties.
