บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท วิทย์คอร์ป โปรดักส์ จำกัด ดำเนินธุรกิจจัดจำหน่ายวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมพื้นฐานหลัก  สายธุรกิจของบริษัทประกอบด้วยสายธุรกิจเคมีภัณฑ์ สายธุรกิจน้ำมันหล่อลื่น และสายธุรกิจเหล็กและเฟอร์โรอัลลอยด์  โดยฐานลูกค้าของบริษัทครอบคลุมทั้งในประเทศ และต่างประเทศ   ผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาที่แผนกบัญชีต้นทุน ได้รับมอบให้ดูแลสายธุรกิจน้ำมันหล่อลื่น พบว่า  มีสินค้าหมดอายุจำนวนมาก   เนื่องจากการจัดเก็บไม่มีประสิทธิภาพและไม่มีการจัดทำรายงานอายุสินค้า  บริษัทต้องกำจัดสินค้าหมดอายุ ทำให้เกิดค่าใช้จ่ายในการกำจัดขยะอันตราย และทำให้สูญเสียรายได้

ดังนั้น  ผู้จัดทำจึงจัดทำโครงงาน “ รายงานอายุสินค้า ” เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารคลังสินค้าและสินค้าคงคลังและลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการกำจัดขยะอันตราย   โดยทำการศึกษาการบริหารคลังสินค้าและสินค้าคงคลัง  การจัดทำรายงานอายุสินค้าด้วยไมโครซอฟท์เอ็กซ์เซล   ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการศึกษา  การบริหารคลังสินค้าและสินค้าคงคลังมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น  ลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการกำจัดขยะอันตราย และเพิ่มกำไรให้บริษัทได้

Abstract

Witcorp Products Company Limited  engages in marketing industrial raw materials used in fundamental industries. The company’s products consists of  chemicals, lubricants to steel & ferro alloys.  Marketed domestic and internationally through our global network,  I worked at the cost accounting department. I found that the lubricant product was  expired  due to inefficient storage and no aging product report. The company must eliminate the expired product which causes hazardous waste disposal expenses and lose of income. Therefore,  the preparation of the project “Preparing the aging product report for the lubricant product” to increase the efficiency of warehouse management and inventory, and reduce the hazardous waste disposal expenses through studying; warehouse management and inventory and inventory, aging product reports prepared in Microsoft Excel. The results; warehouse management and inventory are more efficient,  reduce the hazardous waste disposal expenses and increase profit for the company.
