บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเล่มนี้ได้นำเสนอประสบการณ์ เกี่ยวกับการสร้างตู้ควบคุมไฟฟ้าสำหรับเครื่องเตรียมสารเคมี ซึ่งเป็นการเรียนรู้ระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษากับ ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ไฮโดร ซิสเท็ม ซัพพลาย โดยงานที่รับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบและสร้างตู้ควบคุมไฟฟ้าสำหรับเครื่องเตรียมสารเคมี เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรทำงานเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดต่างๆ ซึ่งทางผู้จัดการแผนกผลิตจะมอบหมายให้พนักงานพี่เลี้ยงแนะนำนักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษาได้ฝึกงานในแผนกไฟฟ้าในตำแหน่งวิศวกรฝึกหัดเพื่อเรียนรู้การทำงานในแผนกไฟฟ้า เกี่ยวกับการสร้างตู้ควบคุมเครื่องจักรของบริษัทโดยเริ่มตั้งแต่การรับคำสั่งการผลิต การออกแบบ การเลือกอุปกรณ์ การประกอบตู้ควบคุม การเขียนโปรแกรมพีแอลซี การติดตั้ง และขั้นตอนการทดสอบตู้ควบคุม ได้ถูกนำเสนออย่างละเอียดในโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเล่มนี้

Abstract
This co-operative study project presented practical experiences in the construction of electrical cabinets of pretreatment machine controlled by PLC. This was the learning between Siam University cooperative studies and Hydro System Supply Ltd. Part. The intern was responsible for the design and construction of electrical cabinets of a pretreatment machine to work in accordance with various conditions and requirements. The intern was assigned to work in the electrical department as an engineer trainee to learn the process of the electrical department. It consisted of the construction of the company’s machine control cabinet from taking orders, manufacturing, design, equipment selections, assembling the control cabinet PLC programming, installation and control cabinet testing procedure. The details of the cooperative education project were detailed in the project.
