บทคัดย่อ
สำนักงานประกันสังคม เป็นหน่วยงานที่ให้บริการด้านกองทุนเงินทดแทน รับการแจ้งเบิกจ่ายค่าเจ็บป่วย/ทันตกรรม หรือดูแลการเบิกจ่าย ตามเงื่อนไขที่รัฐบาลกำหนดให้แก่สำนักงานประกันสังคม รายงานการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาเรื่อง “ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และเอกสารวางบิลเงินสด/ใบแจ้งหนี้” เป็นการศึกษาขั้นตอนการออกใบและเอกสารวางบิลเงินสด/ใบแจ้งหนี้ เพื่อนำส่งให้ผู้ประกันต้นไปเบิกเงินทดแทน
คณะผู้จัดทำปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งพนักงานบัญชี โดยได้รับมอบหมายหน้าที่ให้ทำใบเสร็จรับเงินและเอกสารวางบิลเงินสด/ใบแจ้งหนี้ โดยใช้เว็บไซต์ของสำนักงานประกันสังคม คณะผู้จัดทำโครงงาน เรื่อง ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และเอกสารวางบิลเงินสด/ใบแจ้งหนี้ คณะผู้จัดทำได้นำทักษะความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และประสบการณ์จากการออกฝึกสหกิจครั้งนี้มาจัดทำโครงงานและได้รับประโยชน์ในการทำงานที่มากขึ้น สามารถนำไปใช้ในการทำงานในอนาคตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract
The Social Security Office is an agency that provides workers compensation fund services. The Social Security Office is responsible for receiving claims for medical fee/dental reimbursements, or supervising disbursements according to the regulations prescribed by the government to the Social Security Office.
This cooperative education report studied the process of issuing receipts and billing documents/invoices to be delivered to insured members in order for them to claim the subsidies. The authors worked in the position of accountant and were assigned the duty to issue receipts and invoices by using the Social Security Office website. The authors utilized their abilities, knowledge, understanding, and experience gained from this cooperative internship to create projects and get greater benefits in their employment. Furthermore, the authors will be able to apply the skills, knowledge, understanding, and experience gained from this cooperative internship in their future work.
