บทคัดย่อ

สำนักงานกรมสรรพสามิตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร 1 เลขที่ 1-4 ซอยบรมราชชนนี 39 แขวงตลิ่งชัน เขตตลิ่งชัน กรุงเทพมหานคร รหัสไปรษณีย์ 10170 เป็นหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงการคลัง มีหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบในการจัดเก็บภาษี สรรพสามิต เพื่อเป็นรายได้ของรัฐและดำเนินการป้องกันและปราบปรามผู้กระทำผิดกฎหมายสรรพสามิต รวมทั้ง รับผิดชอบในด้านบริการงานของรัฐวิสาหกิจอีก 2 หน่วยงาน คือ 1. องค์การสุรา มีหน้าที่ผลิตและจำหน่ายแอลกอฮอล์แต่เพียงผู้เดียว และผลิตภัณฑ์จากวัตถุพลอยได้ ที่ได้จากการผลิตสุรา 2. โรงงานไพ่ มีหน้าที่ผลิตและจำหน่ายไพ่ที่ทำในประเทศแต่เพียงผู้เดียว

จากการเข้าปฏิบัติงานตามโครงงานสหกิจศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ณ สำนักงานสรรพสามิตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร 1 ในครั้งนี้ ได้รับมอบหมายในตำแหน่งงานผู้ช่วยพนักงานนักวิชาการสรรพสามิต โดยได้รับมอบหมายในการปฏิบัติงานทางด้านการคำนวณภาษีสินค้า การบันทึกวิธีส่งออกในระบบของกรมสรรพสามิต การเก็บใบกำกับภาษีขาย การออกหมายเลขรับ-ส่งหนังสือเป็นต้น
ซึ่งผู้จัดทำหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าการปฏิบัติโครงงานสหกิจครั้งนี้จะสามารถนำประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับทั้งหมดไปปรับใช้สำหรับการทำงานในวิชาชีพบัญชี และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่นำไปศึกษาเพิ่มเติมต่อไป

Abstract

Bangkok Area Excise Department Office 1, No. 1-4, Soi Borommaratchachonnani 39, Taling Chan Subdistrict, Taling Chan District, Bangkok is an agency under the Ministry of Finance. Their duties and responsibilities include collecting excise taxes for the state’s revenue, and preventing and suppressing excise law offenders, including responsibilities for the service of state enterprises of 2 other agencies: 1.)The Liquor Organization is responsible for producing and selling alcohol and by-products obtained from the production of liquor; 2.)The Playingcard Factory is responsible for the sole production and distribution of playing card made in the country.
From working under the cooperative education project at the Excise Office in Bangkok Area 1, the student was assigned in the position of Assistant Excise Academic Staff and responsible to work on the calculation of goods tax recording of export methods in the system of the Excise Department, sales tax, invoice collection, and issuing a number for receiving.

The organizer sincerely hope that the implementation of this cooperative project will be able to bring the experience gained to all adapted for working in the accounting profession, and it’s beneficial to those who continue to study further.
