บทคัดย่อ

พหุลักษณ์ทางการแพทย์ เป็นการแสดงให้เห็นถึงความหลากหลายของระบบสุขภาพชุมชนที่มีอยู่ในสังคม จากการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 นั้น พบว่ามีการดูแลสุขภาพตามแนวคิดพหุลักษณ์ทางการแพทย์มาใช้ในการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ประกอบด้วย 1. ระบบสุขภาพภาคประชาชนในการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 อย่างเป็นองค์รวมได้แก่ 1) การปฏิบัติตัวในชีวิตประจำวัน 2) แบบแผนปฏิบัติตัวในช่วงวาระพิเศษของวัยและชีวิต 3) ยาสมุนไพร ซึ่งเป็นการดูแลสุขภาพภายใต้ชีวิตวิถีใหม่ มุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมสุขภาพทางด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ และสังคม 2. ระบบการแพทย์พื้นบ้านในการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 อย่างเป็นองค์รวม เป็นการดูแลสุขภาพภายใต้ความเชื่อ พิธีกรรม และวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและคลายความกังวลต่อโรคโควิด-19 ให้กับประชาชนซึ่งเป็นการเยียวยาด้านจิตใจและจิตวิญญาณ และ 3. ระบบสุขภาพภาควิชาชีพในการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 อย่างเป็นองค์รวม เป็นระบบสุขภาพที่มีบุคลากรทางวิชาชีพเป็นผู้ให้การดูแลรักษาในทุกมิติทางสุขภาพและทุกระดับของการให้บริการทางสุขภาพ ซึ่งการแพทย์ทั้ง 3 ระบบมีส่วนช่วยส่งเสริมและป้องกันโรค ดังนั้น การสร้างเสริมให้บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ โดยเฉพาะพยาบาลวิชาชีพมีความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคอย่างเป็นองค์รวม โดยอาศัยแนวคิดพหุลักษณ์ทางการแพทย์ จึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญเพื่อให้การดูแลสุขภาพประชาชนในการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ได้อย่างสมบูรณ์มากยิ่งขึ้นต่อสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคอุบัติใหม่ในปัจจุบัน

ABSTRACT

Medical Pluralism is a representation of the medical diversity that exists in the society. The outbreak of COVID-19. It was found that health care based on the concept of medical pluralism used in the prevention of COVID-19 consisted of 1. Popular Sector for holistic prevention of COVID-19, namely 1) Daily practice. 2) Behavioral patterns during special occasions of age and life 3) Herbal medicines, which is health care under a new normal focus on promoting physical, mental and social health 2. Folk sector for holistic prevention of COVID-19 is health care under local beliefs, rituals and culture to build confidence and alleviate concerns about COVID-19 to the people as a mental and spiritual healing, and 3. Professional sector for holistic prevention of COVID-19 is a health system in which professional personnel provide care in all dimensions of health and all levels of health services. The medical of 3 systems help to promote and prevent the disease. of the applying knowledge from Western medicine to adapt and has a group of professional personnel to provide health care. That three health systems helped to promotion and prevention the disease. Therefore, the honing of a registered nurse to have knowledge in health care to prevent disease in a holistic way based on the concept of medical pluralism. Therefore, medical pluralism is important to provide public health care to prevent the spread of COVID-19 more completely to the current epidemic situation.
