บทคัดย่อ

หงส์ไทย ยาดมสมุนไพรหมักเจ้าแรกในประเทศไทย เริ่มต้นจากการผลิตยาดมพิมเสนน้ำที่ดมแล้วให้ความสดชื่น ขายภายใต้ชื่อแบรนด์ของตนเองจนติดตลาดไปทั่ว พิมพ์เสนน้ำหงส์ไทยได้เข้าสู่การแข่งขันราคากันและเริ่มเกิดวิกฤตในแบรนด์ทำให้หงส์ไทยหยุดผลิตไปเพราะไม่ต้องการลดคุณภาพสินค้าเพื่อแข่งขันกับแบรนด์อื่น ผ่านไปสองปีกลับพบว่าลูกค้ายังคงตามหาพิมเสนน้ำหงส์ไทย ทำให้เป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการกลับมาผลิตสินค้าที่มีคุณภาพอีกครั้งและได้พัฒนาสินค้าอื่น ๆ เช่น ยาดมหงส์ไทย ยาดมสมุนไพรหมักออกมาจำหน่าย โดยเน้นไปที่คุณภาพของสินค้าในแบรนด์ของหงส์ไทยและถือคติว่า “มุ่งมั่น เข้าใจ เข้าถึง ซื่อสัตย์ ยอมรับเพื่อสังคม” ปัจจุบันบริษัท สมุนไพรไทยหงส์ไทย จำกัด อยู่คู่คนไทยมาเป็นเวลานานกว่า 15 ปี ด้วยสินค้าที่ได้มาตรฐานและมีคุณภาพ ทางบริษัทคัดสรรแต่ผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรที่มีคุณภาพโดยเฉพาะสมุนไพรประเภทใช้ดมต้องยกให้แบรนด์หงส์ไทยเป็นอันดับหนึ่งเพราะมีกลิ่นเป็นกลาง ได้มาตรฐาน และเป็นที่นิยมของคนส่วนใหญ่

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัญหาที่ทำงานอยู่ในบริษัท คือ ปัญหาการเสียภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม  การนำสินค้าไปบริจาค และการขายต่ำกว่าราคาตลาด แนวทางการแก้ไขคือ ผู้บันทึกบัญชีต้องมีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับภาษีและมีความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับเอกสารที่จะนำมาบันทึกการทำบัญชีรวมทั้งต้องมีความรู้ด้านภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่าย จากการเรียนรู้งานจริง ทางบริษัทได้มีการบันทึกบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรม Excel

Abstract

“Hong Thai” is the first manufacturer of fermented herbal inhalant in Thailand and started with the production of liquid borneol inhalant under its own commercial brand until it was established in the market all over Thailand. Hong Thai liquid borneol inhalant experienced many competitors in the market, which caused a crisis for the brand. Therefore, Hong Thai decided to cease  manufacturing, as they didn’t want to decrease the quality of the products to compete other brands. Two years later, it was found that the liquid borneol inhalant was still in demand by customers, which inspired Hong Thai to produce the high quality products again as well as developed new selected-quality products, such as Hong Thai Inhaler, and Fermented Herbal Inhaler, these were launched with the motto “Determined, Understanding, Handy, Honest and Dedicated.” Thai Herbal Hong Thai Co., Ltd. has been known by Thai people for over 15 years with its standard and quality products. The company finely selects high quality herbal products, especially the herbal inhalant, and Hong Thai is a top ranked brand due to its standard scent and popularity

The results of the study were as follows: 1. Value added tax issue; 2. The donation; and 3. selling at a lower price than the market price. The solutions were as follow: The accountant must have at least basic knowledge and understanding regarding tax and related documents for the accounting. Moreover, the accountant must understand withholding tax. According to the internship at the company, Microsoft Excel was used for accountancy.
