บทคัดย่อ
รายงานการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา เรื่อง บทบาทหน้าที่ของผู้จัดการศิลปิน บริษัท วอท เดอะ ดัก จำกัด มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทหน้าที่ของตำแหน่งงาน ผู้จัดการศิลปิน AR (Artist Relation) 2. เพื่อเรียนรู้กระบวนการทำงาน การผลิตผลงาน ของค่ายเพลง What the duck
การศึกษานี้เป็นกรณีศึกษาจากการปฏิบัติงานในบทบาทหน้าที่ ผู้จัดการศิลปิน ของบริษัท วอท เดอะ ดัก จำกัด ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการทำงานในบทบาทหน้าที่ มีขั้นตอนในการทำงานดังต่อไปนี้
- เช็คคิวงานของศิลปินแต่ละวงในค่ายเพื่อลงงานให้กับศิลปิน
- ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้าหรือทางสถานที่ในเรื่องเวลา Sound Check และ Show
- ดูแลศิลปินเวลาออกงาน Event หรือ Concert ต่างๆ
- การจัดการปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับศิลปินในหน้างาน
- ทำสัญญาระหว่างลูกค้ากับศิลปินในการว่าจ้าง ทำลิขสิทธิ์ในการขอใช้เพลง
- ควบคุมดูแล ตลอดจนสร้างศิลปินให้เป็นที่รู้จัก
ซึ่งผู้ที่ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้จัดการศิลปิน ต้องมีความอดทนสูงและมีความระเอียดรอบครอบ

Abstract
The cooperative report investigates the role of the Artist Manager Company. It has objective 1. To study the role of the job position AR (artist relation) Artist Manager, 2. To learn the work process production of music what the duck.

The study found that work have steps in the following: 1.Check the work queue of the artist each circle in the camp to the task to the Artist. 2. collaboration between the customer or the place in the time of the sound check and show. 3. Take care of the artist Job Exporter time event or concert of.
4. solve the problem manage everything about the artists in the Tasks page and 5. The contract between the customer and the artist in the hiring of the Copyright in the use of a song.
