บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท เมืองโบราณ จำกัด เป็นบริษัทเอกชนที่จัดทำพิพิธภัณฑ์กลางแจ้งที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลกและดำเนินธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยว โดยบริษัทมีการทำงานผ่านระบบเครือข่ายภายในองค์กร ซึ่งควบคุมและให้บริการโดยแผนก IT ของบริษัท โดยทางบริษัทมักเกิดปัญหาทางด้านระบบฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และเน็ตเวิร์คโดยการโจมตีของไวรัสคอมพิวเตอร์ ทำให้ระบบต่าง  ๆ ของบริษัทเกิดความเสียหาย ดังนั้นทางบริษัทจึงได้มอบหมายให้ผู้จัดทำพัฒนาเว็บไซต์คู่มือการป้องกันไวรัสคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อรวบรวมสาเหตุและการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของโปรแกรมและอุปกรณ์ภายในองค์กร โดยทำการพัฒนาด้วยโปรแกรม WIX  ใช้ภาษา C และ HTMLโดยเว็บไซต์สามารช่วยผู้ใช้ในการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลและป้องกันระบบให้ดียิ่งขึ้น

Abstract

Muangboran Company Limited had produced the largest open-air museum in the world and is involved in the tourism business. The company has many jobs throughout the network within the organization, which is controlled and serviced by the IT department. The company often faces problems with hardware, software, and networks caused by computer virus attacks, causing various systems of the company to be damaged. Therefore, the company assigned the author to develop a website for a computer virus protection manual. The system can compile the causes of virus attacks and basic solutions for programs and devices within the organization. The system was developed with WIX content management using C# and HTML language. The system can help users to solve basic problems. increase work performance, and provide better system protection.
