บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท ออร์ก้า (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เป็นผู้ผลิต ผู้นำเข้าและจัดจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์และวัสดุสำนักงาน อาทิเช่น แฟ้ม กาว ปากกา สันรูด ตู้เอกสาร ชั้นวางเอกสาร และอื่นๆอีกมากมาย

จากการปฏิบัติงานในโครงการสหกิจศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ณ บริษัท ออร์ก้า (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ในครั้งนี้ ได้รับมอบหมายในตำแหน่งงานผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี โดยได้รับมอบหมายในการปฏิบัติงานทางด้านการบัญชี เช่น การตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบกำกับภาษีซื้อ-ขาย การคัดแยกเอกสารออกตามหมวดหมู่ การตรวจสอบเช็ครับ  และบันทึกรายการรับชำระจากลูกหนี้การค้าด้วยโปรแกรม Winspeed

ซึ่งผู้จัดทำหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าการปฏิบัติโครงงานสหกิจครั้งนี้จะสามารถนำประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับทั้งหมดไปปรับใช้สำหรับการทำงานในวิชาชีพบัญชีและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่นำไปศึกษาเพิ่มเติมต่อไป

Abstract

ORCA (Thailand) Co.Ltd.is a manufacturer, importer and distributor of office equipment and supplies, such as glue file, ridge pen, document cabinet, document shelf and more.

According to the co-operative education program, the trainees were assigned as an assistant accountant at ORCA (Thailand) Co.Ltd. The responsibilities included performing accounting tasks with duties of recording data, recording items for purchase-sale transactions, such as checking the validity of tax invoices, sorting documents by category, check received checks, and recording payment transactions from trade receivables with the Win speed program.

From working as mentioned above, the trainees got real experience of working and learned how
to work with others.
