บทคัดย่อ

โรงแรม เมอเวนพิค สุขุมวิท 15 กรุงเทพฯ เป็นโรงแรมมาตรฐาน 5 ดาวตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง มีสิ่งอำนวยสะดวกครบครัน ผู้จัดทำได้ปฎิบัติสหกิจศึกษาในแผนกแม่บ้านและเล็งเห็นว่า มีเปลือกผลไม้ที่เหลือใช้จากการนำไปวางต้อนรับลูกค้าบนห้องพัก  ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยผลไม้ตามฤดูกาล  ได้แก่ กล้วย แก้วมังกรและมะพร้าว เมื่อลูกค้าทานเสร็จก็จะทิ้งเปลือกลงถังขยะ ซึ่งผู้จัดทำเล็งเห็นถึงประโยชน์ของเปลือกผลไม้เหล่านี้ จึงนำเปลือกผลไม้มาทำเป็นครีมขัดรองเท้าจากเปลือกผลไม้ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1.เพื่อศึกษาการทำครีมขัดรองเท้าจากเปลือกผลไม้  2.เพื่อลดต้นทุนให้แก่แผนกแม่บ้านของโรงแรมเมอเวนพิค สุขุมวิท 15 กรุงเทพฯ 3.เพื่อลดปัญหาการแพ้ การระคายเคือง ผิวสัมผัสกับน้ำยาที่มีส่วนผสมของสารเคมี

จากนั้นผู้จัดทำได้สำรวจแบบสอบถามเพื่อสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อตัวผลิตภัณฑ์  ได้แก่แผนกแม่บ้านจำนวน 15 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 50 % รองลงมาคือ แผนกรักษาความปลอดภัย  6 คน  คิดเป็นร้อยละ 20%  ต่อมาคือแผนกต้อนรับลูกค้า 5 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 16.67% และแผนกช่างไฟฟ้าและอาคาร 4 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 13.33% และผลสำรวจพบว่า หัวข้อที่ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ ลักษณะบรรจุภัณฑ์มีขนาดที่พอดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.60  ในส่วนความพึงพอใจต่อตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยหัวข้อที่ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดได้แก่  เมื่อใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ขัดรองเท้ามีความเงางามขึ้น มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.83  และค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 4.53 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.48

Abstract

Movenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok is a 5 star hotel full of facilities. I was trained in the housekeeping department and I saw a lot of fruits peels leftover from the welcome dish for customers in the rooms. They were seasonal fruits such as banana, dragon fruit, and coconut. As the customer has already eaten it, they put the peels in the bin. the benefits of these peels are seen, So they have been brought to be recycled as the shoe polishing cream. The objectives in this study were to 1) study the shoe polishing cream from the fruit peel; 2) reduce the cost for the housekeeping department of Movenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok; 3) reduce the allergy of some chemicals when touch the skin.

A survey was used for questioning for the product satisfaction. The informants were 15 housekeepers,half of all, followed by 6 security guards as 20%, 5 receptionists as 16.67%, and 4 electricians as 13.33%. The results, the topic that got the highest average score was the proper quantity container as 4.60. As the satisfaction in the product, the highest average score topic was more shine when using the product as 4.83 and total average score was 4.53. The standard deviation was 0.48.
