การติดตามผลการพัฒนาอาจารย์พยาบาลด้านการสอนการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลในหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต

บทคัดย่อ

     การพัฒนาอาจารย์พยาบาลในการเรียนการสอนเพื่อการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาระบบการผลิตและพัฒนากําลังคนด้านสุขภาพวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย :เพื่อศึกษาผลการพัฒนาอาจารย์พยาบาลด้านการสอนการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลในหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตวิธีการวิจัย :การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบการศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบตัดขวางตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์พยาบาลของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลภาครัฐและเอกชนที่ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรพัฒนาครูผู้สอนฯ เรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลในหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต จํานวน 90 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามการติดตามผลพัฒนาอาจารย์พยาบาลหลังการอบรมและแบบสอบถามสมรรถนะการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย :หลังการอบรมอาจารย์พยาบาลมีความรู้เรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลในหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ในระดับมากมีการนําความรู้และวิธีการที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลในระดับมากที่สุด และมีสมรรถนะการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลอยู่ในระดับมากสรุป:หลักสูตรพัฒนาครูผู้สอนฯเรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลฯมีผลต่อการพัฒนาอาจารย์ด้านการสอนการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผล

Abstract

The development of rational drug use (RDU) pedagogy is critical to advance RDU health workforce development. Nurse educators play an important role in the teaching and learning process of nursing education. Capacity building of nurse educators is therefore crucial for success. Objectives: To investigate the effectiveness of capacity building of nurse educators in RDU instruction for the Bachelor of Nursing Science program. Methods: A descriptive research design with a cross-sectional analysis was conducted on a population of 90 nurse educators from public and private educational institutions who participated in the RDU teaching education program. A self-administered questionnaire developed based on Tyler’s framework and a questionnaire on RDU competency of nurse educators were used to collect data. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Results: After participating in the RDU instruction program, the nurse educators’ knowledge of RDU instruction was high. They applied the knowledge and experience from the training program in classroom and clinical instruction. Their attitude towards RDU was rated at the highest level. Their RDU competency was also rated as high. Conclusions: The RDU instruction program for the Bachelor of Nursing Science program could enhance the teaching skills of nurse educators.
