บทคัดย่อ
คณะผู้จัดทำได้ไปปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่ บริษัท ภัทชนก แอคเคาท์ติ้ง แอนด์ คอนซัลท์ จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทที่ให้บริการด้านบัญชีและภาษีอากรครบวงจร คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายงานเกี่ยวกับการบันทึกรายการซื้อและขายด้วยโปรแกรม Smartbiz Accounting ในช่วงแรกของการปฏิบัติงานคณะผู้จัดทำพบปัญหามากมายเพราะไม่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม Smartbiz Accounting และไม่เคยปฏิบัติงานจึงไม่คุ้นเคยกับเอกสารทางบัญชี
โปรแกรม Smartbiz Accounting เป็นโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางการบัญชีที่นิยมใช้ในหลายๆองค์กร เนื่องจากใช้งานง่าย ทำงานได้รวดเร็ว สามารถเชื่อมโยงระบบงานต่าง ๆ ได้ คณะผู้จัดทำจึงจัดทำโครงงานเรื่อง “การบันทึกรายการซื้อและขายด้วยโปรแกรม Smartbiz Accounting” เพื่อศึกษาประเภทของเอกสารทางการบัญชีและขั้นตอนการบันทึกรายการซื้อและขายด้วยโปรแกรม Smartbiz Accounting จากการศึกษานี้คณะผู้จัดทำมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเอกสารทางบัญชี เข้าใจขั้นตอนการทำงานของโปรแกรม Smartbiz Accounting สามารถลดเวลาทำงานและลดข้อผิดพลาดในการทำงานที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้น และคาดว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่สนใจศึกษาเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานได้

Abstract
This cooperative education program was conducted at Phatchanok Accounting and Consult Company Limited which provides accounting and tax services. The author was assigned to record purchases and sales transactions with Smartbiz accounting software. The first phase of the operation took a lot of time due to the lack of accounting software knowledge skill and understanding of accounting documents.
The appropriate software is the most important aspect in accounting firms. Accounting software should be easy to use and practical. So, the author designed this project to increase the skill of using Smartbiz accounting software. This project “Recording Buying and Selling Data by Smartbiz Accounting Software” was made to study the types of accounting documents, and the processes of Smartbiz Accounting Software. Through studying the types of accounting documents, and the processes of Smartbiz Accounting Software, showed that the author gained knowledge and understanding of accounting documents, the process of recording, reduce the error of operation and expect this project would be useful to interested parties.
