บทคัดย่อ
ร้านรับซ่อมเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ และอุปกรณ์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เป็นธุรกิจที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับการซ่อมแซมเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้สามารถกลับมาใช้งานได้ตามปกติ โดยการเก็บข้อมูลต่างๆ ของร้านจะยังอยู่ในรูปแบบของเอกสารที่เป็นแผ่นกระดาษ ทำให้มีโอกาสที่ข้อมูลต่างๆ จะสูญหายได้ง่าย ดังนั้นเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวทางคณะผู้จัดทำจึงออกแบบโดยใช้ Visual Studio Code พัฒนาเว็บไซต์แจ้งซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ด้วยภาษา PHP เวอร์ชั่น 8.0.7 และใช้ MySQL เวอร์ชั่น 5.0.4 จัดการฐานข้อมูล ซึ่งเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าวสามารถจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลพนักงาน ข้อมูลอะไหล่ และข้อมูลการใช้บริการของลูกค้า ซึ่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกเก็บไว้เป็นประวัติที่สามารถนำไปใช้ในการออกรายงาน ลูกค้าสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะการซ่อมผ่านทางหน้าเว็บไซต์ และเอกสารต่างๆ สามารถบันทึกในรูปแบบของไฟล์ PDF เพื่อส่งให้ลูกค้าทางอีเมล ผลที่ได้คือ ช่วยลดการใช้กระดาษ และจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่ได้อย่างเป็นระเบียบ และปลอดภัย

Abstract
The computer and information technology equipment repair shop is a business involving computer and equipment restoration. Most of the store’s data are stored on paper documents, which has a high risk of loss. Therefore, to prevent any further difficulties from this problem, the students designed a computer and equipment repair notification website using PHP language version 8.0.7 in Visual Studio Code, and MySQL version 5.0.4 for database management. This website can manage customers, employees, spare parts, and customer service information. All information is keep as a history for future records. Customers can check their repair status via the website, and documents can be saved as PDF files to be sent to customers through email. With this website, paper usage is reduced, it organized, and secure storage.
