บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานเรื่องกระถางต้นไม้จากกากมะพร้าวมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อนำของที่ไม่ได้ใช้มาทำให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่สถานประกอบการ  เพื่อสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่แก่สถานประกอบการ และ เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการเกษตรของสถานประกอบการ จากนั้นได้ทำการประเมินความพึงพอใจจากพนักงานโรงแรมสวนสามพราน จำนวน 30 คน ผลจากแบบสอบถามด้านเพศ เป็นเพศหญิงมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 56.67 ผลจากแบบสอบถามด้านอายุ มีอายุ 22-25ปี มากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.00 ผลจากแบบสอบถามด้านแผนแผนกครัวมากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ40.00 ผลจากแบบสอบถามด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ พบว่าการใช้วัสดุอย่างคุ้มค่า มีระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ที่คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.70 และ เรียบง่ายดูดี มีระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ที่คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.67 ผลจากแบบสอบถามด้านรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม พบว่าลดการใช้กระถางพลาสติก  ลดขยะทางพลาสติกได้ มีระดับความพึงพอใจ มากที่สุด ที่คะแนนเฉลี่ย 5.00 และ ลดการใช้สารเคมีกับพืช มีระดับความพึงพอใจ มากที่สุด ที่คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.87 และผลจากแบบสอบถามด้านเพิ่มมูลค่าของเหลือใช้ พบว่าพบว่า สร้างรายได้เพิ่ม มีระดับ ความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ที่คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.80 สามารถเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับกากมะพร้าว มีระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ที่คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.93 และเป็นปุ๋ยทางการเกษตร มีระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ที่คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.88

Abstract

The plant pots from coconut residue project aimed to reuse waste from coconuts to make profit and create a new product for the entrepreneurs as agricultural tools. We have evaluated satisfaction from 30 volunteer employees of Suan Sam Pran Hotel with the following result: 1. Result based on gender are 56.67% from females; 2. Result based on age between 22 – 25 years old were most at 63.00%; 3. Result based on the most data collected from the hotel department were food and beverage at 40. 00% ; 4. Result based on creativity, depending on opinions as followings; 4. 1. Reusing wasted material to yield the most efficiency has the highest satisfaction rate at 4.70%; 4.2. Using wasted material is a simple and smart way has the highest satisfaction rate at 4.67%; 5. Result based on environment sustainability as following; 5. 1. Reusing waste material helped protect environment and avoids plastic potted plants, has the highest satisfaction rate at 5.00%; 5. 2. Reduction in plant chemical usage has the highest satisfaction rate at 4.87%; 6. Result based on adding value from wasted material data as follows; 6. 1 Increase in profits has the highest satisfaction rate at 4.80%; 6.2 The project was able to create market value to coconut peel has the highest satisfaction rate at 4. 93% ; 6. 3 Using coconut peel as additional fertilizer has the highest satisfaction rate at 4.88%.
