บทคัดย่อ

การรักษาพยาบาลเบื้องต้น ในหมวดวิชาชีพการพยาบาล เน้นการปฏิบัติหัตถการเพื่อให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินในภาวะต่าง ๆ เช่น ผู้ที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บมีแผลฉีกขาด เลือดออกมาก ดังนั้น หัตถการหนึ่งที่สำคัญและจำเป็นในการดูแลผู้ป่วย คือ การเย็บแผลภายนอก เพื่อช่วยรักษาบาดแผลและการห้ามเลือด  ในการเรียนวิชาการรักษาพยาบาลเบื้องต้นของนักศึกษาพยาบาลเรื่องที่ต้องปฏิบัติ คือ  การเย็บแผลภายนอก และ ในการฝึกเย็บแผลนั้น นักศึกษาจะต้องเตรียมชิ้นเนื้อที่จะมาทำการฝึกเย็บ ซึ่งนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มักจะเลือกเนื้อหมูหรือเนื้อวัวมาทำการฝึกเย็บเมื่อนำชิ้นเนื้อดังกล่าวมาทำการฝึกเย็บแผลแล้ว นักศึกษาพบปัญหาในการใช้งาน ทางทีมวิจัยจึงคิดค้นออกแบบและประดิษฐ์ แม่พิมพ์และชิ้นเนื้อเทียม สำหรับฝึกเย็บแผล เพื่อเอาไปใช้ทดแทนเนื้อสัตว์ในการฝึกเย็บแผล

จากผลการประเมินการใช้งานและการทดสอบพบว่าชิ้นงานชุดที่ 2 (B) เหมาะสมกับการนำไปใช้งานมากกว่าชุดแรก (A) โดยมีค่าคะแนนในการประเมินหลังจากฝึกเย็บชิ้นงานแล้วมีค่าเฉลี่ยคือ ดี (80%) ซึ่งค่าเฉลี่ยนี้ จะมีค่าคะแนนสูงสุดในเรื่องของผิวสัมผัสความยืดหยุ่นและมีความใกล้เคียงกับผิวหนังของคนซึ่งคุณสมบัติที่ได้มานี้ เกิดจากการปรับเปลี่ยนสูตรซิลิโคนและการเพิ่มจำนวนชั้นของชิ้นงาน

Abstract

Primary care in the nursing profession placed emphasis on the practice of procedures for emergency nursing care in various conditions, such as those who are injured, have lacerations, and profuse bleeding. One of the most important and necessary procedures in caring for patients is external suturing to help wounds heal and stop bleeding. In studying basic medical treatment of nursing students, the subject performed is external suturing. In suturing practice, students have to prepare a piece of meat to practice sewing. Most students tend to choose pork or beef to practice suturing. Students encounter problems in using the research team, therefore, designed molds and prosthetics for practicing sutures to be used as a meat substitute in the practice of suturing wounds.

The results of the usability evaluation and testing found that the second set (B) was more suitable for use than the first set (A). The average score in the evaluation after practice sewing the work piece was good (80%), and this average had the highest score in terms of surface flexibility and close to the skin of the people caused by modifying the silicone formulation and increasing the number of layers of the work piece.
