บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานสหกิจศึกษาฉบับนี้นำเสนอประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับการติดตั้งมิเตอร์ไฟฟ้าและการปักเสาไฟฟ้าแผนกก่อสร้างของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคอำเภอสามพราน ซึ่งได้ทำการศึกษา และปฏิบัติงาน ณ การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค สามพรานในระหว่างโครงการสหกิจศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ขั้นตอนการติดตั้งและหลักการทำงานของมิเตอร์ไฟฟ้าได้ถูกอธิบายไว้อย่างละเอียด การดำเนินการขุดหลุมปักเสาไฟฟ้า จะต้องมีการสำรวจ พื้นที่และสภาพแวดล้อม เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการกำหนดแบบการก่อสร้าง ให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพพื้นที่จริง โดยจะต้องอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติให้มากที่สุด ดังนั้นผู้ปฏิบัติงานควรมีความรู้ในการตัดแต่งต้นไม้ไม่ทำให้ต้นไม้โทรมตาย ภายหลังการตัด รวมถึงการปักเสาต้องไม่เป็นอันตรายต่อสิ่งปลูกสร้าง ข้างเคียง วิธีการขุดหลุมปักเสาไฟฟ้า สามารถแบ่งตามวิธีการปฏิบัติได้ 2 ลักษณะ คือ 1) ใช้แรงงานคน การขุดด้วยวิธีธรรมดาโดยใช้ จอบ เสียม ชะแลง พลั่วหนีบ เป็นต้น หรือขุดโดยใช้สว่านมือหมุนให้คมของสว่านปักลงไปใน ดินเพื่อขุดเอาดินออก 2) ใช้รถขุดหลุม และสว่านขนาดใหญ่ วิธีนี้สามารถขุด หลุมได้อย่างรวดเร็ว แต่มีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องบริเวณที่จะขุด รถต้องสามารถ เข้าถึงได้พื้นดินบริเวณปักเสามีความต้านทานสูง เช่น ดินเหนียว หรือบริเวณภูเขา เป็นต้น และสุดท้ายตัวอย่างการคำนวณค่าไฟฟ้าของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคถูกนำเสนอไว้ในรายงานนี้อีกด้วย

Abstract

This cooperative education project presented the work experience related to the installations of electricity meters and electric poles in the construction department of the Sampran Provincial Electricity Authority. The aim was to study the work systems of installations of electricity meters and electric poles during the cooperative education project of Siam University in collaboration with Provincial Electricity Authority, Sampran District. The installation procedure and the principle of operation of the electric meters were described in detail. Digging holes for electric poles had to be explored space and environment to be used as information in determining the construction drawing in accordance with the actual conditions of the area. It conserved nature as much as possible. Therefore, operators should be had knowledge of tree pruning, so that the tree did not shatter and die after cutting. The installation of poles was not harmful to nearby buildings. There were divided according to the method of operation into 2 types: 1) manual labor, digging by conventional method using a hoe, pickaxe, crowbar, shovel, etc. 2) Use the excavator and the large drill. This method can be dig hole immediately but there was a limitation in the excavated area. The vehicle can be able to access the ground in the high-resistance pole area, such as clay or mountain areas. Finally, examples of the electricity cost calculation of the Provincial Electricity Authority were presented in this report.
