บทคัดย่อ
โครงการนี้เป็นการนำเสนอการลคขั้นตอนในการช่อมลิฟต์ วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อลดขั้นตอนและลดจำนวนคนในการเปลี่ยนลูกล้อประตูลิฟต์ SCHINDLER รุ่น:5400 ลดขั้นตอนการเปลี่ยนชุดแคมปีประตูลิฟต์ SCHINDLER รุ่น:5400 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการเปลี่ยนลูกล้อประตูลิฟตั SCHINDL ER รุ่น:5400 สามารถลดเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานลงได้ เชั่วโมง 10 นาที และสามารถลดผู้ปฏิบัติงานลงได้ เคน การเปลี่ยนชุดแคมป์ประตูลิฟต์ SCHINDLER รุ่น :5400 สามารถลดเวลาใน การปฏิบัติงานลงได้ 50 นาที

Abstract
This study described elevator repair procedures with intention to shorten processes of operations and to reduce the number of operator and the cost of elevator maintenance. The authors aimed to find a reduction in the procedure and in the number of operator for replacing the SCHINDLER 5400 elevator door roller, and to find a reduction in the procedure of replacing the SCHINDLER 5400 elevator door clamp set. The study found that it can shorten operating time by 1 hour 10 minutes and reduce l operator in replacing the SCHINDLER 5400 elevator door roller, and can shorten the time to replace the SCHINDLER 5400 elevator door clamp set by 50 minutes.
