บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเล่มนี้นำเสนอเกี่ยวกับการตรวจสอบการทำงานของตู้เอ็มดีบีก่อนการส่งออก โดยได้เข้าไปปฏิบัติงานในบริษัท อาซีฟา จำกัด (มหาชน) เลขที่ 5 หมู่ที่ 1 ถนนพระราม 2 ตำบลคอกกระบือ อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสาคร จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร 74000 ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2564 ถึง 28 สิงหาคม 2564 ซึ่งทางบริษัทได้มอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติงานในแผนกตรวจสอบคุณภาพ จากการปฏิบัติงานในส่วนของการตรวจสอบการทำงานของตู้เอ็มดีบีก่อนการส่งออกให้กับลูกค้าที่ผ่านมา ได้รับการถ่ายทอดความรู้เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนและวิธีการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของตู้เอ็มดีบี เพื่อให้บริษัทแน่ชัดว่าสินค้าที่จะส่งออกไปมีคุณภาพตรงตามมาตรฐาน ซึ่งจากการปฏิบัติงานในแผนกได้พบปัญหามากมายในระหว่างการปฏิบัติงาน แต่ก็สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้โดยได้รับคำปรึกษาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในแผนก ทำให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างเป็นระบบ จึงทำให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานการตรวจสอบได้อย่างราบรื่น

Abstract

This cooperative study project presents about the inspection of the work before sending out the MDB cabinets by working in Asifa Public Company Limited, No. 5, Village No. 1, Rama 2 Road, Khok Krabue Subdistrict, Mueang Samut Sakhon District, Samut Sakhon Province 74000 From June 1, 2021 to August 28, 2021, which the company has assigned to work in the quality inspection department. From working in the part of inspecting MDB cabinets before sending to customers in the past Knowledge of the procedures and methods of quality inspection of MDB cabinets has been passed on to the company to ensure that the products to be exported meet the quality standards. From working in the department, many problems were encountered during the operation. However, problems can be solved by consulting experts in the department. causing knowledge and understanding and being able to solve problems systematically Therefore, the audit can be carried out smoothly.
