บทคัดย่อ

     โครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้นำเสนองานติดตั้งและบำรุงรักษาระบบโทรศัพท์แลระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต ระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานในโครงการสหกิจศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ร่วมกับ บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จํากัด (มหาชน) สาขา จรัญสนิทวงศ์ โดยได้พัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถด้าน งานติดตั้งและบำรุงรักษาระบบโทรศัพท์แลระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต เพื่อนำไปปฏิบัติ ในหน้าที่ ประจำวัน ให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ทำการรวบรวมวิธีการและปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงาน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2565 ถึง วันที่ 6 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2565 ส่งผลให้ลดการเกิดปัญหาซ้ำซ้อนและสามารถนำ ไปขยายผล เพื่อใช้ในกระบวนการบริการอื่น ๆ และตามนโยบายของบริษัทต่อไป

Abstract

     This cooperative education project presented the installation and maintenance of telephone and internet systems of the National Telecommunications Company Limited(Public Company), which was studied and trained at Charansanitwong branch during the cooperative education program of Siam University. Procedures of the installationand maintenance of telephone and Internet systems were discussed in detail and theydevelopedknowledge and competence to implement in daily duties more efficiently. The problems were found from the 17 January 2022 to 6 May 2022. The results showed that the reduction of redundant problems can be extended to be used in other service processes and according to the company’s policy.
