บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท เอส เอฟ คอร์ปอเรชั่นจำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นบริษัทที่ทำให้บริการธุรกิจด้านโรงภาพยนตร์และความบันเทิงต่างๆ โดยเป็นที่รู้จักกันภายใต้ชื่อ โรงภาพยนตร์ เอส เอฟ ซีเนม่า ,โรงภาพยนตร์ เอส เอฟ เอ็กซ์ ซีเนม่า , โรงภาพยนตร์ เอส เอฟ เวิร์ด ซีเนม่า , และเอส เอฟ สไตรค์โบว์ และเป็นบริษัทชั้นนำต้นๆ ทางด้านภาพยนตร์
จากการที่คณะผู้จัดทำได้เข้ามาฝึกงาน ณ บริษัท เอส เอฟ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้รับมอบหมายงานจากพนักงานที่ปรึกษา ทางคณะผู้จัดทำจึงรู้สึกเกิดความสนใจในภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม จึงเลือกเรื่องนี้มาทำเป็นโครงงานเพื่อเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการต่อไป
ในการทำรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มสิ่งที่สำคัญในการยื่นภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มจะต้องทราบข้อมูลรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับภาษีซื้อ ภาษีขายของกิจการ เพื่อนำมาเสียภาษีได้อย่างถูกต้อง ดังนั้นจึงต้องมีการบันทึกข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนเพราะถ้าข้อมูลมีความผิดพลาด อาจมีผลต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการเสียภาษีได้ ดังนั้นคณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวโดยทำการตรวจเช็คใบกำกับภาษีทุกใบว่ามีข้อผิดพลาดหรือไม่ เพื่อความถูกต้องและแม่นยำ

Abstract
The trainee had studied and operated their co-operative education at SF Corporation Public Co. Ltd. The company is a leader in the theatrical industry in Thailand. Apart from cinema, the company also owns and operates food and beverage businesses, a bowling business under ‘SF Strike Bowl’ brand, rental space business, and advertising business for both screen and non-screen surroundings and other related businesses.
According to the co-operative education program, the trainees were assigned to be an assistant accountant at SF Corporation Public Co. Ltd. The responsibility included recording Value Added Tax forms and submitting them to the Revenue Department.
From working as mentioned above, the trainee got real experiences of working and learned how to work with others.
