บทคัดย่อ
การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย หรือรฟท. เป็นรัฐวิสาหกิจในกระทรวงคมนาคม ทำหน้าที่ดูแลกิจการด้านรถไฟของประเทศไทย และมุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศในการให้บริการระบบรางที่สะดวก ตรงต่อเวลา และปลอดภัย ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจที่กองงบประมาณทำการและวางแผนการเงิน ฝ่ายการเงินและการบัญชี คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายรวบรวมข้อมูลของปีที่ผ่านมาเกี่ยวกับรายได้ รายจ่าย สถิติการใช้งานน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง จากนั้นบันทึกข้อมูลรายได้-ค่าใช้จ่าย เพื่อใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลประกอบการพิจารณาการจัดทำงบประมาณ จัดทำรายงานสรุปประมาณการรายได้ – ค่าใช้จ่ายประจำปี เปรียบเทียบรายได้และค่าใช้จ่ายของงบประมาณประจำปีกับ รายได้และค่าใช้จ่ายของปีที่แล้ว
โครงงานนี้ทำให้คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการจัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี และการจัดทำประมาณการ มีทักษะการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งทำให้ผู้จัดทำมีความมั่นใจในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต และหวังอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract
The State Railway of Thailand or SRT is a state enterprise under the Ministry of Transport. They strive for excellence in providing a convenient rail system, punctuality, and safety. While attending an internship under the cooperative education in the Budget and Financial Planning division, the Finance and Accounting department, the team was assigned to collect last years data of income, expenditures, fuel consumption statistics, then record data to be used as a database for budgeting considerations, prepare annual estimated data reports of income and expenses, compare between annual estimated income and expenses to last years data.
This project allowed the team to gain knowledge and understanding on the procedures of preparing annual budgets, estimating for income and expenses, and could increase work skills. This raised confidence for future careers and the goal that this project to be useful to interested parties.
