บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท อาคเนย์ แคปปิตอล จำกัด เป็นบริษัทประกอบกิจการ ให้เช่ารถยนต์ให้กับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ตั้งแต่หน่วยงานภาครัฐและหน่วยงานเอกชน ให้การเช่ารถยนต์จะเป็นการเช่าระยะยาว ในการดำเนินงานทาง บริษัทใด้ส่งนักศึกษามาคอยให้คำปรึกษาการใช้รถและอุปกรณ์ส่วนพ่วงภายในรถเบื้องต้นและบอกรอบPMของรถลูกค้าบริการรับรถลูกค้าเข้าศูนย์บริการและอู่ซ่อมสี และบริการฉุกเฉินต่างๆที่เกี่ยวกับรถลูกค้า ในระยะเวลา5ปี ส่วนปัญหาที่พบในการทำงาน ในตำแหน่งที่นักศึกษาทำงานอยู่เป็นตำแหน่งใหม่เลยยังไม่มีแบบแผนในการทำงานจึงทำให้การดำเนินงานล่าช้าและไม่เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยสักเท่าใด จึงทำให้บริษัทเกิดความเสียหายลูกค้าไม่พึงพอใจกับการให้บริการ ดั้งนั้นคณะผู้จัดทำจึงทำโครงการนี้เพื่อทำคู่มือและใบขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานสำหรับพนักงานและลูกค้า เพื่อลดความล่าช้าและความเสียหาย โดยผลการใช้คู่มือโดยผู้ใช้ 10 คน มีคะแนนประเมินเฉลี่ย 4.42 คะแนนและปัญหาการทำงานต่างๆ ลดลง

Abstract
Southeast Capital Co., Ltd. was established to provide a long-term car leasing for both government and Private sector. To reach the company’s goal, a coordinator was responsible for consulting car-usage and basic equipment, facilitating preventive maintenance (PM) schedules with each service center in order to bring the highest satisfaction to customers, and also provided emergency service over a 5 year contract. Data were collected and analyzed using fieldwork information. The contract required that company provide a coordinator, which was the first time, therefore, this new position was intended to prevent any problems that may happen during the contract. This project work aimed to design a work manual and work procedures for both customers and workers to allow conveniently works flow and prevent damages or waste. The result for 10 users who were evaluated, the usability of the user manual scored 4.42/5, and many problems were significantly decreased.
