บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท ยูแทคไทย จำกัด เป็นบริษัทรับจ้างประกอบและทดสอบแผงวงจร ไอ.ซี. แบบต่างๆ อาทิเช่น ตระกูล Memory, mixed-signal/RF และ Analog & Logic มีโรงงานสาขาต่างๆ อยู่ที่ ประเทศสิงคโปร์ เมืองเซี่ยงไฮ้ ไต้หวัน และ ประเทศไทย มีสำนักงานขายตั้งอยู่ในเมืองใหญ่ทั่วโลก ซึ่งบริษัทจะต้องนำเข้าสินค้าเพื่อนำมาผลิตสินค้าและส่งออกสินค้า และในใบขนสินค้าจะมีรายละเอียดสินค้าที่ไม่ตรงกับสินค้าจริง จึงจำเป็นต้องยื่นเอกสารขอแก้ไขใบขนสินค้าทั้งขาเข้าและขาออกให้กับกรมศุลกากรเพื่อให้ถูกต้องและ เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ในระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 เดือน พฤษภาคม พ.ศ.2562 ถึงวันที่ 30 เดือน สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ผู้จัดทำฝึกปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาในแผนก Legal (กฎหมาย) มีหน้าที่ในการแก้ไขเอกสารใบขนสินค้าขาเข้าและขาออก และจากการที่ได้ฝึกปฏิบัติงานที่ต้องเกี่ยวข้องกับการแก้ไขเอกสารใบขนสินค้าของบริษัทที่มีเอกสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและต้องแก้ไขเอกสารภาษาอังกฤษ ผู้จัดทำจึงได้จัดทำโครงงานเรื่อง “ขั้นตอนการแก้ไขเอกสารใบขนสินค้าขาเข้า – ขาออก” ขึ้น โดยโครงงานแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนการแก้ไขใบขนสินค้าขาเข้า – ขาออก, รูปแบบเอกสารต่างๆที่ใช้ในการแก้ไขเอกสาร และ คำศัพท์ที่ใช้ในเอกสาร ซึ่งช่วยให้บุคลากรและนักศึกษาที่ฝึกปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษากับทางบริษัทที่มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract
UTAC Thai Company Limited is an integrated circuit (IC) assembly and testing company, such as memory, mixed-signal/RF and analog & logic and they have factories in Singapore, Shanghai, Taiwan, and Thailand. There are also sales offices located in major cities around the world. The company must import products to produce and export products, in which the entry forms usually have product details that don’t match with the actual product. Therefore, it is necessary to submit a document requesting to revise the import and export entry to the Customs Department for accuracy and compliance with the law. During practice on cooperative education from 14 May 2019 to 30 August 2019, the organizer had worked in the Legal Department with the duty to revise the import and export entry documents. After performing work related to the revision of the company entry documents in English, and the documents that needed to be corrected, the organizer had organized a project on the procedures for revising the import and export entry documents. The project was divided into 3 parts: 1)Procedures for revise the import and export entry forms; 2)Document format used to edit documents; and 3)Vocabulary used in documents. This project will help the personnel and students who practice cooperative education with relevant duties and can be used as a guideline for more efficient works.
