บทคัดย่อ

     รายงานสหกิจศึกษาฉบับนี้นำเสนอประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับการทดสอบอุปกรณ์การวัดและควบคุมที่ผลิตโดยบริษัท ไพรมัส จำกัด ประสบการณ์การทำงานนี้ได้รับจากการศึกษาและฝึกปฏิบัติ ณ บริษัท ไพรมัส จำกัด ซึ่งได้กระทำขึ้นภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของบริษัทแห่งนี้ในระหว่างโครงการสหกิจศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม วัตถุประสงค์หลักของการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์คือ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์นั้นมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามข้อกำหนดด้านการผลิต อุปกรณ์การวัดและควบคุมที่ถูกทดสอบประกอบด้วย เครื่องวัดอุณหภูมิแสดงผลแบบดิจิตอล เครื่องควบคุมและแสดงผลอุณหภูมิขนาดเล็กแบบดิจิตอล เครื่องควบคุมอุณหภูมิและแสดงผลแบบดิจิตอลสำหรับเครื่องทำความเย็น เครื่องแสดงผลแบบดิจิตอล 4 ช่อง เครื่องวัดกระแสไฟฟ้าแบบดิจิตอล เครื่องควบคุมอุณหภูมิแบบดิจิตอลที่มีฟังก์ชั่นควบคุมพีไอดี เครื่องวัดอุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ในตัวเดียวกัน เครื่องแปลงสัญญาณแบบดิจิตอล เครื่องตั้งเวลาแบบดิจิตอล และรีเลย์ป้องกันแรงดันไฟตก-ไฟเกิน รายละเอียดของการทดสอบได้แสดงไว้อย่างชัดเจนในรายงานฉบับนี้

Abstract

This cooperative education report presented the work experiences on the testing of measuring and control equipment which were produced by Primus Company Limited. The work experience was gained through studying and practicing at Primus Company Limited, which was performed under supervision of this company, during the cooperative education program of Siam University. The primary objective of the products testing was to make sure the products met manufacturing specifications. The measuring and control equipment were tested consisted of Digital Temperature Indicator, Mini Digital Temperature Controller and Indicator, Mini Digital Refrigeration Temperature Controller and Indicator, 4 Channels Digital Indicator, Digital Amp Meter, Digital Temperature Controller with PID Control Function, Humidity and Temperature Transmitter, Digital Signal Transmitter, Digital Timer, and Voltage Protection. The details of the testing were presented clearly in this report.
