บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท ไทยยานยนตร์ จำกัด ผู้นำเข้าและจัดจำหน่ายพร้อมศูนย์บริการรถยนต์โฟล์คสวาเกน Caravelle อย่างเป็นทางการในประเทศไทย และได้รับพระราชทานตราตั้ง (ครุฑ) อันเป็นผลมาจากประสบความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานธุรกิจและผลงานเพื่อสังคมขณะที่ผู้จัดทำปฏิบัติสหกิจที่แผนกบัญชี ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้บันทึกรายการทางธุรกิจ จัดทำใบกำกับสินค้า และใบเสร็จรับเงินด้วยโปรแกรม Microsoft Dynamics Navision ก่อนหน้านี้ผู้จัดทำไม่มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมนี้ ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงทำให้งานล่าช้าและใช้เวลามาก
ดังนั้น โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปสำเร็จรูป โดยทำการศึกษาวิธีการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Dynamics Navision การจัดทำใบกำกับภาษีและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง โครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และเพิ่มทักษะการทำงาน เพื่อจะใช้ประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต ผู้จัดทำคาดว่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคลที่สนใจ

Abstract
Thaiyarnyon Co. Ltd., is an importer and distributor with the official Caravelle Volkswagen service center in Thailand, which currently aims to market the van “Volkswagon New Car.” They were awarded the Royal Garuda (Garuda) Award, which was the result of successful business management and social contribution. While attending the internship under cooperative education program in the accounting department, the author was assigned to record business transactions and prepare invoices and receipts with Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Previously, the author did not have the skills of using Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
Therefore, the author designed this project to increase performance skills through studying the methods of using Microsoft Dynamics Navision, preparation tax invoices and related documents. This project could increase knowledge, understanding, and performance skills in order to apply in future careers. The author hoped that this project would be beneficial to interested parties.
