บทคัดย่อ

ผู้จัดทำได้เข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษากับมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ณ บริษัท ธวัลรัตน์ พลาสติก แอนด์ พริ้นท์ติ้ง จำกัด บริษัท ธวัลรัตน์ พลาสติก แอนด์ พริ้นท์ติ้ง จำกัด ประกอบกิจการผลิตและจำหน่าย และรับออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ถุงพลาสติกจากวัตถุดิบประเภท HD, LDPE, LLDPE และ PP เพื่อใช้ในกิจการร้านค้า ธุรกิจและงานต่าง ๆ เช่น ถุงบรรจุอาหาร ถุงพิมพ์ ถุงเย็น ถุงร้อน ถุงหูหิ้ว และถุงประเภทอื่น ๆ ลูกค้าสามารถสั่งผลิตถุงได้ทุกขนาดและพิมพ์ข้อความตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ บริการจัดส่งทั้งภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ

ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ทำงานเกี่ยวกับการบันทึกซื้อวัตถุดิบเป็นเงินเชื่อและการจ่ายชำระหนี้โดยใช้โปรแกรม Express ซึ่งเป็นโปรแกรมที่นิยมใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายในหลายบริษัท ผู้จัดทำจึงจัดทำโครงงานเรื่อง “ขั้นตอนการบันทึกการซื้อเงินเชื่อและการจ่ายชำระหนี้โดยใช้โปรแกรม Express” โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่การศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง การบันทึกการซื้อเชื่อ การเพิ่มฐานข้อมูลเจ้าหนี้ จนถึงการจ่ายชำระหนี้ เพื่ออธิบายขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบเอกสารและขั้นตอนการบันทึกข้อมูล โดยหวังว่าโครงงานเล่มนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่มีความสนใจและเกี่ยวข้องได้ทราบขั้นตอนการใช้งานและสามารถนำไปปรับใช้ในการทำงานได้

Abstract

This cooperative education program was conducted at Thawarat Plastic and Printing Co. Ltd., which is a manufacturer, distributor and designer of plastic bag products made from materials such as HD, LDPE, LLDPE, and PP. Their products are plastic bags for holding hot and cold food. The customer can place an order on demand, such as size, color, and printing. The author was assigned to record raw materials purchases and debt payment by Express Accounting Software. The first phase of the operation took a lot of time due to the lack of accounting software knowledge skill and understanding of accounting documents.

This project “Recording Purchases and Payments by Express Accounting Software” was made to study the types of accounting documents, and the process of recording purchase and payments. Though studying the types of accounting documents, the process of Express Accounting Software, the author could reduce the errors of the operation and expect this project would be useful to interested parties.
