บทคัดย่อ

     บริษัท เพียวริตี้ จิวเวลรี่ จำกัด เป็นหนึ่งในผู้ผลิตและผู้ส่งออกอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับ   ชั้นนำ   ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่แผนกบัญชี  ในตำแหน่งพนักงานผู้ช่วยสมุห์บัญชี  ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายบันทึกการซื้อวัตถุดิบอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับ  การจ่ายชำระหนี้   และบันทึกการขายด้วยโปรแกรมบัญชีเอ็กซ์เพรส  แปลงเงินตราต่างประเทศด้วยโปรแกรมเอ็กซ์เซล  จัดทำรายงานเจ้าหนี้-ลูกหนี้รายเดือน พร้อมสินค้าคงเหลือทั้งวัตถุดิบ และสินค้าสำเร็จรูป  ยื่นออนไลน์แบบยื่นรายการภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภงด. 1,3,53)  ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภพ.30)  ยื่นประกันสังคมแบบออนไลน์และการตรวจสอบสถานะในการทำธุรกรรม

โครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับการจัดทำเอกสารบัญชี การบันทึกบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรมบัญชีเอ็กซ์เพรส มีทักษะการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งทำให้มีความมั่นใจในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต และหวังอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract

Purity Jewelry Co., Ltd. is a leading gem and jewelry manufacturer and exporter. While attending an internship under the cooperative education program at the accounting department, as assistant accountant, the author was assigned to record purchases of raw materials of gems and jewelry, and payments and sales with the Express Accounting program. The intern also had to convert foreign currency with Microsoft Excel, prepare monthly payable-receivable reports and inventories of raw materials and finished goods reports, e-filing of withholding income tax (PND 1,3,53), value added tax (Phorphor.30), e-Filing social security and checked the status of the transactions.

This project allowed the author to gain knowledge and understanding on procedures for Express Accounting Software and could increase performance skills.  This raised confidence for future careers and the goal that this project to be useful to interested parties.
