บทคัดย่อ

สำนักงานเฟอร์ไทล์ การบัญชีและธุรกิจให้บริการด้านบัญชี ภาษีอากรครบวงจร   ตรวจสอบบัญชี วางแผนภาษีอากร วางระบบบัญชี รับจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัทฯ  ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด   และธุรกิจร้านค้า   บริการยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีอากร ขณะที่ผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่ ฝ่ายบัญชี ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้คัดแยกเอกสารทางบัญชี  ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและครบครบถ้วนของเอกสาร บันทึกการรับชำระลูกหนี้การค้า และจ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้การค้าด้วยโปรแกรมบัญชีเอ็กซ์เพรส   จัดเก็บเอกสารให้สะดวกต่อการใช้งาน

โครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการบันทึกรับชำระลูกหนี้การค้าและการจ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้การค้าด้วยโปรแกรมบัญชีเอ็กซ์เพรส  มีทักษะการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งทำให้มีความมั่นใจในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต และหวังอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract

Fertile Accounting and Business offers accounting services, comprehensive tax, audit,  tax planning, accounting system, company registration limited partnership and store business, tax filling services. While attending the internship under the cooperative education program at the office, the author was assigned to classify accounting documents, check the accuracy and completeness of accounting documents, record the receipt of accounts receivable and the payment of accounts payable with Express accounting software, and arrange accounting documents for ease of use.

This project allowed the author to gain knowledge and understanding on procedures for recording the receipt of accounts receivable and the payment of accounts payable with Express accounting software and could increase performance skills. This raised confidence for future careers and the goal that this project to be useful to interested parties.
