บทคัดย่อ
ทการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อการบริหารจัดการการแจ้งซ่อมบำรุงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม และ 2) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพและความถูกต้องของเว็บแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อการบริหารจัดการการแจ้งซ่อมบำรุงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญต้านการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ จำนวน 3 คน และ 2) บุคลากรจากภาควิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ ศูนย์สารสนเทศ และฝ่ายอาคารและสถานที่ จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย เว็บแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อการบริหารจัดการการแจ้งซ่อมบำรุงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม และแบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพและความถูกต้องของระบบ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานระบบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ฟังก์ชันต่างๆ ของเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสามารถทำงานได้ตามที่กำหนดไว้ ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพและความถูกต้องของระบบ อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.19 (SD=0.52) และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.31 (SD=0.60)

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were 1) to develop a web application for managing maintenance and repair requests of facilities for Siam University, and 2) to evaluate the efficiency and accuracy of the web application. The research participants were divided into two groups: 1) three software development experts, and 2) ten staff members from the computer science department, information center, and facilities management. The research tools used included a web application for managing maintenance and repair requests of facilities for Siam University, a performance assessment form, and a satisfaction survey. The statistical methods used for data analysis were the mean and standard deviation. The results of the research found that the functions of the web application could perform as specified. The evaluation of the efficiency and accuracy of the system was at a high level (=4.19 and SD=0.52). The evaluation of user satisfaction with the web application was also at a high level (=4.31 and SD=0.60).
