บทคัดย่อ

ปริญญานิพนธ์นี้ พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองสังคมไทยในยุคปัจจุบันที่กำลังก้าวเข้าสู่สังคมของผู้สูงวัย ผู้สูงวัยบางรายประสบปัญหาฐานะไม่ดี ไม่มีลูกหลานดูแลอุปการะเลี้ยงดู เมื่อเกษียณอายุแล้วขาดรายได้ หรือรายได้ไม่เพียงพอสำหรับการดำรงชีพ เนื่องจากเทคโนโลยีที่พัฒนาขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วและผู้สูงอายุนิยมใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในชีวิตประจำวันมากขึ้น จากปัญหาที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นนั้น ทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้เล็งเห็นความสําคัญในการที่จะใช้ระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตเข้ามาช่วยในด้านการจัดหางาน โดยทำการพัฒนาระบบจัดหางานสำหรับผู้สูงวัยออนไลน์ โดยสามารถดูผ่านทางคอมพิวเตอร์และสมาร์ทโฟนต่างๆได้ อีกทั้งระบบยังตอบสนองความต้องการทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย คือ นายจ้างและลูกจ้าง โดยนายจ้างสามารถโพสต์ประกาศหาคนที่ต้องการสมัครและรายละเอียดงาน ส่วนผู้ที่ต้องการหางานทำก็สามารถเข้ามาดูงานที่ต้องการ ดูสถานที่ที่จะปฏิบัติงานได้ รายละเอียดของงานอื่นๆได้  ในการพัฒนามีการใช้ภาษาพีเอชพีในการเขียนคำสั่งให้ระบบทำงาน และใช้ภาษาเฮชทีเอ็มแอล ซีเอสเอส และจาวาคริปต์ มาใช้อีกทั้งได้มีการนำ Bootstrap ซึ่งเป็น Framework ในส่วนของ Front-end มาออกแบบ User Interface (UI) อีกด้วย เนื่องจากเป็นระบบสำหรับผู้สูงวัย จึงจำเป็นต้องมีการออกแบบให้ใช้งานง่ายและตัวหนังสือตัวใหญ่ให้เหมาะกับผู้สูงวัย ซึ่งระบบได้ช่วยลดปัญหาการว่างงานของผู้สูงวัย อำนวยความสะดวกให้กับนายจ้างได้ลูกจ้าง ให้ได้งานตรงตามต้องการมากขึ้น

Abstract

This thesis was developed to meet the needs of Thai society in the current situation that is entering a society of the elderly. Some elderly people suffer from poor status or don’t have a child to take care of. When retired and lacking income or inadequate income for living, due to the technology that is developed rapidly, and older people use computers in daily life more. From the problems mentioned above, helped make the organizer realize the importance of using the internet system to assist in the recruitment process by developing a system to find a job for older people online, which can be viewed via various computers and smartphones. In addition, the system also responds to both parties, employers, and employees. By which employers can post announcements for people who want to apply and job details. Part of those who want to find work, they can come to see the desired job, see where to work and other job details. In the development language, the author used PHP language to write commands for the system to work, and using the languages HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Also, Bootstrap was used, which is a Framework in the Front-end to design the User Interface (UI) as well because it is a system for the elderly, therefore, needs to be designed to be easy to use and large text to suit the elderly. The system helps to reduce unemployment problems for the elderly, facilitate the employer to get an employee to get more work as needed.
