บทคัดย่อ

การจัดทำโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเรื่องโฟมล้างมือแอลกอฮอล์ กลิ่นมะม่วง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ประโยชน์จากวัตถุดิบที่มีอยู่และการลดต้นทุนของเจลล้างมือที่ทางโรงแรมมีอยู่ โดยทางโรงแรมพระยาพาลาซโซ ได้ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์เจลล้างมือแบบทั่วไป  ทำให้มีค่าใช้จ่ายที่แพงกว่ามากและไม่สามารถกำหนดปริมาณได้ โฟมล้างมือจึงเป็นสิ่งที่น่าสนใจในการประหยัดการใช้ปริมาณให้ใช้ได้นานมากขึ้น

ผู้จัดทำได้การประเมินความพึงพอใจของพนักงานโรงแรมพระยาพาลาซโซที่มีต่อโฟมล้างมือแอลกอฮอล์ กลิ่นมะม่วง พบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชายจำนวน 16 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.26 มีช่วงอายุ 31-40 ปีมากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.93 และมีสถานภาพพนักงานประจำคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100.00 และผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามอยู่ในแผนกครัวมากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 25.93   พนักงานมีความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อโครงงานโฟมล้างมือแอลกอฮอล์ กลิ่นมะม่วง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากคิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 3.78 หากพิจารณาในแต่ละประเด็น พบว่า  ประเด็นที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก เป็นอันดับแรกคือ เนื้อสัมผัสของมูสโฟม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.30  อันดับสองคือ คุณสมบัติของวัตถุดิบที่นำมาใช้กับผลิตภัณฑ์ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.15   อันดับสามคือ ประสิทธิภาพในการใช้งานของผลิตภัณฑ์ (ความสะอาด) มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.07

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the utilization of available raw materials and reduce the cost of hand sanitizer of the hotel. Phraya Palazzo Hotel used generic hand sanitizer products, that are more expensive and they are unable to determine the quantity. Foam hand wash is interesting in saving quantity of and can be used for a longer period time.

The student assessed the satisfaction of Phraya Palazzo Hotel Employees with mango-scented alcohol-based hand wash foam. It was found that most were male, representing 59.26%, were aged 31-40 years, representing 55.93%, status of full-time employees accounted for 100.00%, and the respondents were in the kitchen department, accounting for 25.93%. Employees’ overall satisfaction with the mango scent alcohol hand foam project was at a high level, representing an average of 3.78. If considering each issue, it was found that the sample group had a high level of satisfaction. First was texture of the foam mousse with an average of 4.30, the second was properties of the raw materials used in the product, for average of 4.15, and the third was efficiency of the product (cleanliness) with an average of 4.07.
