บทคัดย่อ
ปริญญานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบจัดการข้อมูลคาร์แคร์ สำหรับจัดการข้อมูลการบริการและสรุปใช้บริการทั้งหมดผ่านเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ ระบบงานปัจจุบันพบปัญหาสูญหายของข้อมูลการใช้บริการ ผู้จัดทำพัฒนาระบบเพื่อช่วยให้คาร์แคร์ทำงานได้สะดวกรวดเร็วและถูกต้องมากขึ้น สามารถนำข้อมูลบริการมาสรุปและวางแผนพัฒนาร้านคาร์แคร์ และเป็นช่องทางในการเพิ่มจำนวนลูกค้าให้กับคาร์แคร์ได้อีกด้วย ระบบประกอบด้วย 1) ส่วนเจ้าของกิจการ จัดการสิทธิผู้ใช้งานระบบ โปรโมชันและข้อมูลสินค้า ดูสรุปการทำรายการของลูกค้า 2) ส่วนพนักงาน สมัครสมาชิก บันทึกข้อมูลรถ ข้อมูลการใช้บริการ จัดการคิวลูกค้า สรุปทำรายการของลูกค้า พิมพ์ใบเสร็จ 3) ส่วนธุรการ บันทึกข้อมูลรถ ข้อมูลการใช้บริการ สรุปทำรายการของลูกค้า พิมพ์ใบเสร็จ พัฒนาระบบตามหลักการพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต (Software as a Service) และพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ตามหลักการของ MVC (Model View Controller) ด้วยภาษา HTML5, CSS ,PHP และ JavaScript จัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วย MySQL และภาษา SQL

Abstract
The objective of this project was to develop an application for an auto maintenance shop. The final application will be a web-based system. The system will help keep track of their data. It has three components: the owner administrative section, the customer information section and the maintenance system. The first part was composed of the customer registration, product information and promotional subsystem. The second part was for membership and queue management and the third part was for order summaries and receipt generation. The development tools were Microsoft Visual Studio Code for HTML5, PHP, JavaScript and CSS. The UX/UI and database management system has been implemented with MySQL and SQL language. The development used the Model View Controller and Software as a Service model.
