บทคัดย่อ
จากการที่คณะผู้จัดทำได้เข้ารับการปฏิบัติงานโครงการสหกิจศึกษา ณ โรงแรมสามพราน ริเวอร์ไซด์ ทางคณะผู้จัดทำมีความสนใจที่จะนำกากกาแฟเหลือทิ้งมาแปรรูปเป็น “ที่รองแก้วจากกากกาแฟ”โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) นำกากกาแฟที่เหลือทิ้งมาผลิตเป็นที่รองแก้วให้แก่ห้องอาหารอินจัน2) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการทำที่รองแก้วจากกากกาแฟ โดยวิธีทำที่รองแก้ว จากกากกาแฟที่ดีที่สุดคือการใช้เรซิ่นผสมกับกากกาแฟ และนำวัสดุตกแต่งมาตกแต่งที่รองแก้ว เช่น ดอกไม้แห้ง ทองคำเปลว จากนั้นนำไปสัมภาษณ์ความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ของพนักงานห้องอาหารอินจัน และพนักงานห้องสัมมนา จำนวน 5 คน จากการสัมภาษณ์พบว่าที่รองแก้วจากกากกาแฟเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่สร้างสรรค์ เป็นการใช้กากกาแฟที่มีอยู่มาแปรรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ แต่ควรมีรูปทรงที่หลากหลายและมีความแข็งแรง สามารถนำมาใช้ภายในห้องอาหารได้จริงและยังสามารถจำหน่ายที่รองแก้วจากกากกาแฟได้อีกด้วย

Abstract
According to the participation in Cooperative Project at Sampran Riverside, the authors were interested in creating “Coffee Ground Coasters”. The objectives of this project was: 1) to process the coffee grounds to be coasters used in Inn Chan Restaurant; 2) To study the processes of coffee ground coasters. The study found that the best way to process coasters was to use the mixture of coffee grounds and resins. The coasters can be decorated by using dry flowers and gold leaf. After that, there was the satisfaction survey of the products from five informants who were employees in In-Chan Restaurant and seminar room. The result of the survey indicated that the coffee ground coaster was a creative product. It is a way to recycle the coffee grounds to become new products. However, the shape of the coasters should be developed to have more variety of shapes and size. The strength should also be better developed. The coasters can be used in the restaurant and sold to the customers.
