บทคัดย่อ

การพัฒนาระบบระบบบริหารร้านซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบที่สามารถบริหารจัดการร้านซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถลดและแก้ปัญหาการทำงานภายในร้านได้ และยังเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายให้แก่ผู้ใช้ระบบโดยสามารถออกรายงานอุปกรณ์คงเหลือ รายงานสรุปรายได้ รายงานการสั่งซื้อ รายงานการแจ้งซ่อม และรายงานการเบิกอุปกรณ์ให้แก่ผู้ใช้ได้ การพัฒนาระบบบริหารร้านซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์นั้น คณะผู้จัดทำใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Studio 2013 ในการเขียนคำสั่ง และใช้ Microsoft SQL Server 2012 ในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล และจัดเก็บข้อมูลต่างๆ เช่น ข้อมูลการเบิกอุปกรณ์ ข้อมูลการแจ้งซ่อม ข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อ ซึ่งสามารถลดปัญหาการสูญหายของข้อมูลได้เป็นอย่างดี

Abstract

The objectives of developing Computer Repairing Management System were to create an effective management system and to lessen errors in computer repairing shop. This system allowed users to work more smoothly and conveniently. Additionally, the system was coded to be able to generate various reports for the users such as purchase order summary reports, repairing summary reports, summary of withdrawal reports and equipment remaining reports. In order to develop this system, developers use Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 to code and Microsoft SQL Server 2012 to manage database and store various data such as equipment withdrawal information, repairing information and purchasing information. Also, the system helped with data lose problem as well.
