บทคัดย่อ

โรงแรมแอดลิบ แบงค็อก เป็นโรงแรมบูติกแห่งใหม่ในใจกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งให้บริการด้านที่พักและห้องอาหาร คณะผู้จัดทำได้สหกิจศึกษาที่แผนกแม่บ้าน โดยคณะผู้จัดทำเล็งว่ายาสีฟันมีความน่าสนใจและต้องการที่จะศึกษาและพัฒนาต่อเป็นยาสีฟันโฟมสมุนไพรไทย เพราะสมุนไพรไทยช่วยในการดูแลรักษาช่องปากฟันและเหงือกให้มีสุขภาพดี ช่วยลดการอักเสบของเหงือก ลดกลิ่นปากที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ ช่วยให้ลมหายใจหอมสดชื่น การนำสมุนไพรไทยมาทำเป็นยาสีฟันยังช่วยต้านเชื้อแบคทีเรีย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1.เพื่อศึกษาการทำยาสีฟันโฟมสมุนไพร 2.เพื่อลดต้นทุนให้แก่แผนกแม่บ้านของโรงแรมแอดลิบ แบงค็อก 3.เพิ่มเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของยาสีฟันโฟม สมุนไพร

จากนั้นคณะจัดทำได้สำรวจแบบสอบถามเพื่อสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ ได้แก่ พนักงานภายในโรงแรมทั้งหมด 30 คน เพศหญิง 18 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60 เปอร์เซ็นต์ เพศชาย 12 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และผลสำรวจความพึงพอใจพบว่า ความพึงพอใจด้านวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการทำยาสีฟันโฟมสมุนไพรได้ค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือใช้วัตถุดิบตามธรรมชาติ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.63 เมื่อใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสีฟันโฟมสมุนไพรแล้ว มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 4.45 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานรวมเท่ากับ 0.53

Abstract

Adlib Bangkok Hotel is a new boutique hotel in the heart of Bangkok which provides accommodation and restaurant services. The students had co-education in the Housekeeping Department. The students aimed to create a toothpaste that was interesting and would like to study and develop one as a Thai herbal foam toothpaste. Thai herbs help in oral care and teeth, healthy gums, helps reduce inflammation of the gums, reduce unwanted bad breath helps freshen breath. Using Thai herbs to make toothpaste is also antibacterial. This studying had the following objectives: 1)study the making of herbal foam toothpaste, 2)reduce costs for the maid service of Adlib Bangkok Hotel, 3)Increase the efficiency of herbal foam toothpaste.

The students conducted a questionnaire survey to ask about product satisfaction that included 30 hotel employees, 18 females, representing 60 percent, 12 males, representing 40 percent. The satisfaction survey results found that the satisfaction with the raw materials used to make the herbal foam toothpaste was the highest average. The use of natural raw materials had a mean of 4.63 when using herbal foam toothpaste products. The total mean was 4.45 and the total standard deviation was 0.53.
