บทคัดย่อ
การฝึกงานใครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นกรณีศึกษาในการก่อสร้างร้านอาหารเพื่อทำธุรกิจ ทางนักศึกษาฝึกงานได้เรียนรู้งานกับ บริษัทเจทีเค บิลด์ พลัส จำกัด โดยเป็นโครงการก่อสร้างร้านอาหาร เคเอฟซี ที่อยู่ในปั้มน้ำมัน ปตท. สาขา กาญจนาภิเษก ตลิ่งชัน เป็นโครงสร้างอาคารชั้นเดียว ในตำแหน่งนักศึกษาฝึกงาน โดยได้เรียนรู้ในเรื่องการวางแผนงานตั้งแต่เริ่มโครงการ การวางผังอาคาร การตอกเสาเข็ม งานฐานราก และพื้น Flatslab เป็นต้น
ผลการปฎิบัติงานครั้งนี้ ทำให้ทราบถึงการวางแผนงานตั้งแต่เริ่มโครงการ ขั้นตอนการก่อสร้าง การวางผังอาคาร การตอกเสาเข็ม งานฐานราก และพื้น Flatslab ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่โครงการกำหนดและการรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ทำให้ประสบการณ์ ความรู้ใหม่เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการทำงานในอนาคตต่อไปได้

Abstract
The purpose of this internship was to be a case study in the construction of a restaurant business by the internship students to learn to work with JTK Build Plus Company Limited, and was a one-story building structure construction project of KFC restaurant located at the PTT gas station, Kanchanaphisek branch, Taling Chan.the interns learned planning from the start of the project, building planning, piling, foundation work and flatslab floors, etc.
The results of this work made the project author aware of the planning from the beginning of the project, the construction process, the building plan, piling, the foundation work and the Flatslab floor, which meets the goals set by the project. In addition, taking responsibility for the work assigned gave experience and new knowledge to be used in future work.
