บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้นำเสนอเกี่ยวกับปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาระบบวิศวกรรมร่วมกับ บริษัท ควอลิตี้ พรอพเพอร์ตี้ แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด เป็นเรื่องของการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับระบบวิศวกรรมในอาคารชุดซึ่งทางบริษัทได้มอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาระบบวิศวกรรมต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาคารชุด การทดสอบระบบปั้มน้ำดับเพลิงและการตรวจสอบระบบวิศวกรรม รายละเอียดการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและขั้นตอนการลงปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับบริษัท ควอลิตี้ พรอพเพอร์ตี้ แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด ได้อธิบายไว้ในโครงงานเล่มนี้แล้ว โครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเล่มนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการศึกษา ในเรื่องของการปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาระบบวิศวกรรมได้ต่อไป

Abstract

This co-operative education project presented the maintenance of engineering systems in collaboration with Quality Properties Management Co., Ltd. It is the subject of a study on engineering systems in condominiums, which the company was assigned to perform maintenance tasks of various engineering systems related to the condominiums fire pump system testing and engineering system inspection. The details of preventive maintenance and procedures for working with the company was described in this project. This co-operative education project can be used to benefit education in the matter of performing maintenance tasks and engineering systems.
