บทคัดย่อ
รายงานสหกิจศึกษานี้นำเสนอเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาระบบแทงค์น้ำบาดาลโดยเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงงานสหกิจศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสยาม รายงานนี้ได้อธิบายเกี่ยวกับระบบการบำรุงรักษาระบบแทงค์น้ำบาดาลโดยแบ่งการบำรุงรักษาระบบแทงค์น้ำบาดาลออกเป็น 2 แบบได้แก่ 1.การปฏิบัติงานแบบเฝ้าระวังเชิงรับและ 2.การปฏิบัติงานแบบเฝ้าระวังเชิงรุก การปฏิบัติงานแบบเฝ้าระวังเชิงรับ เป็นการบำรุงรักษาที่กระทำเมื่อเกิดความเสียหายหรือเกิดการบกพร่องขึ้นกับระบบ การบำรุงรักษาแบบนี้ประกอบด้วยการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาที่มาจากการร้องเรียนของประชาชน การซ่อมบำรุงรักษาที่ได้รับผลมาจากการปฏิบัติงานแบบเฝ้าระวังเชิงรุกและการซ่อมบำรุงที่เกิดจากการตรวจพบ การปฏิบัติงานแบบเฝ้าระวังเชิงรุกเป็นการบำรุงรักษาที่ทำเพื่อให้ระบบได้รับความไว้วางใจ ประกอบด้วยการตรวจสอบประจำวัน ประจำเดือนและประจำปี ผลการปฏิบัติงานในโครงงานสหกิจนี้บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ ก่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และเข้าใจระบบการบำรุงรักษาระบบแทงค์น้ำบาดาล รายละเอียดต่างๆ ของการดำเนินงานในโครงงานนี้ได้อธิบายไว้ในปริญญานิพนธ์เล่มนี้แล้ว สามารถนำไปใช้เพื่อศึกษาและต่อยอดในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับระบบการบำรุงรักษาระบบแทงค์น้ำบาดาลได้

Abstract
This cooperative echication report presened the maintenance of underground water tank system as a part of the Siam University cooperative education project. This report described the maintenance of underground water retention systems by dividing the underground water maintenance of tanks into two categories: passive operation and active operation. Operation of passive surveillance was the maintenance done when damage of maintenance occurs to the system. This kind of operation had a source of notification from the public. Operation of active surveillance caused by the observation and detection of the
daily inspection, the monthly inspection and annual inspection. The performance of the cooperative education program was successful. and contributed to learning and understanding of understanding water maintenance system. Details of the work performed on this project was described in the thesis. the study and increase knowledge about the maintenance system of the underground water storage tanks were achived.
