บทคัดย่อ
ร้านศึกษาภัณฑ์พาณิชย์ อ้อมน้อย เป็นร้านผลิตและจำหน่ายเครื่องแบบนักเรียนทุกประเภท รวมทั้งเครื่องแบบลูกเสือ เครื่องแบบอนุกาชาด และยังผลิตธงชาติและธงรูปแบบอื่นๆ ซึ่งเป็นที่ต้องการของโรงเรียนและหน่วยงานราชการ จากการที่ได้เข้ามามีส่วนรับผิดชอบในหน่วยงานครั้งนี้ทางผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษา สาขาบัญชี ได้เข้าปฏิบัติงานโดยมีหน้าที่หลักเกี่ยวกับการออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ การออกเอกสารใบส่งของ การออกเอกสารกำกับภาษี รับโอนสินค้าและเบิกสินค้า ผ่านระบบ ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) เนื่องจาก ผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติงานและยังไม่มีประสบการณ์มาก่อน จึงพบปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่างๆในช่วงแรก ทำให้ได้ทราบถึงกระบวนการทำงานและรายละเอียดการจัดทำเอกสารในหลายขั้นตอน ผู้จัดทำจึงได้จัดทำโครงงานขึ้นมาเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ในด้านวิชาการสำหรับนักศึกษาสหกิจในรุ่นถัดไปได้ทราบถึงกระบวนการทำงานเอกสารที่เป็นระบบ ซึ่งมีความสำคัญในการดำเนินธุรกิจเป็นอย่างมาก

Abstract
Suksapan Omnoi is a manufacture and distributors of all type of school uniforms including scout uniforms and red cross uniforms. They also manufacture national flags and other items required by schools and government agencies. From training at this agency, the student worked in accounting. The duty included issuing invoice, issuing tax invoices, deliver goods, and good disbursement with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). The student had no experience and various problems and obstacles were encountered in the early stages. The student learned the work process and details of documenting in several steps and prepared a project to be useful in academics for students in the next generation to know the process of work in a systematic document, which is very important in business operation.
